What do you mean by "withdrawal"?

I've never heard of such a thing.

    Please elaborate.

I take 25 mg daily but I honestly don't know why or what it does. Just a directive from my doctor...same as fish oil tabs. If anyone can fill in the blanks it may help many of us.

DHEA is a hormone and an imprtatn one at that as it is a precursor to Testosterone - meaning it makes Testosterone so it makes perfect sense that you are feeling tired since once of its benefits is energy production. Assuming you are male 25mg is a conservative dose HOWEVER it may be perfect for you. As a means of comparison I am female. 5'5" 125lbs and I take 50mg a day. No need to "take a break." Doimg so means you are taking a breeak from it's wonderful benefits. Get back on it today. There's a great article from Life Extension that I posted a link for however it was removed by the monitor. I'd attach it as a PDF however I don't see how to attach - if you'd like you can PM me and I'll tell you haow to find it.
