i live in California and was rejected almost by everyone due to high hemoglobin! so the sooner you go the better, any blood drive near you would do! BTW, i was rejected by red cross for being on TRT even though their question was and i am paraphrasing "do you take steroids NOT subscribed by a doctor?) of course i said no because my TRT is subscribed, and still rejected me!

Bass, did you have tests done for D3 or just tried it and it worked.

Back to the original topic.......I'm not sure what dose would be ideal but studies do show that no more than 200 deca with a dose of 200 or less test produces a good collagen synthesis affect.

The thing that has been on my mind for a while concerning this stack and these doses is that people write it off as a worthless low dose that only TRTers use for their old joints.......I beg to differ.......at 200 mgs of test a week the average person should show decent results in the gym, then stack the deca on top of it and the total combined anabolic affect could very well be greater than the sum of the 2 compounds. Maybe a BBer on his umpteenth cycle won't benefit but I would bet a dollar that most average guys would make pretty decent gains if they got off their asses and put their diets and routines in order while on this dose.

I listened to everyone downgrade the legitimacy of this stack and wasn't very serious about diet or routine and soon discovered that I was getting strong and fairly quick, unfortunately I wasted a lot of time.....I did make gains and my joints felt good..... I was using about 250 test 200 deca

My point is this.....regardless of what some of the BBers will tell ya.....you can make good gains from these doses and that should make us all smile.....win/win

JD your absolutely correct. Great gains can be made from those doses. If you can't make gains from it then I'd offer that your either burnt out from overuse or your just plain not working hard enough / eating enough. I've never done more that 200 T / 200 D back in "my day" (89 & prior)for competitions and got great gains. Now it's a relatively common TRT dose. More is not always better.

Are you obligated to tell the red cross or blood drive about high hemoglobin?.I have type 0 blood i have normal testosterone levels slightly high hemo.I feel my blood could save lives.
But i don't want to go in blind and get rejected.

I ran Deca 300mg a week for 4 months and my joints felt great and didn't get any dd I felt awesome only problems I had was some water retention bloated face, slightly sensitive nips. Knees and shoulders felt great. My legs got big only problem was I couldnt run 1/2 a mile without my leg muscles getting so pumped that I would have to sit down they felt like they would explode especially my calves. I was on 400mg test a week so I think that helps the dd.
