hcg/hgh question
been reviewing data here for a bit, just gonna ask... been using hgh for 60 days at 2.5 iu daily. at same time i used hcg at 250iu every four days days for 20 days then 250 iu every three days for 20 days then 175 iu every other day for 15 days. did i overuse the hcg? im 50. in good shape. better shape now

is this your complete protocol? anything else besides hcg and hgh? why do you think you overused it, any symptoms?

no symptoms at all. this was all i was using. 40 days to 60 days was the info i was given. how long before i should use it again i was thinking 50 days on 50 off?

You need to show complete blood work including a thorough hormonal panel before and after your protocol.
If you are Primary all the HCG in the world won't do much for you...you need Testosterone . If you are Secondary, HCG can increase natural produciton as a mono-therapy strategy but it's much less effective for older men as they don't have as many active receptors as younger guys = <production.
HGH however can be a miracle for men.
Is this a medically supervised protocol you're doing?

lost 25 pounds in 4 mos. way better workouts. bulked up nicely, aches pains gone, kidneys dont hurt. feel great. yeah id say miracle +1

HGH is a miracle for many men especially where indicated with Testosterone protocols.
Very expensive, however.
What were your IGF-1 panels before you started?
You know this compound can be dangerous with corresponding high serum levels...right?

What is your goal? If its weight loss then no you haven't overused hcg .
