its unusual for a 23 year old to have T that low, i would get second opinion, find out why your test is low then go from there. if TRT is the only option then you have no choice but to continue. its better to be on TRT than feeling like 70 at your age!

Yep.....find out whats causing the low T. (Primary or secondary hypogonadism or something else entirely).
Get a good DR. who knows what they are doing and go from there. TRT is for LIFE and I really wouldn't want to be on it starting at 23. There may be other options for you and I would try them all before committing to TRT.

i used to have a mild case of gyno and had that removed...always lifted and boxed but had a harder time putting on muscle than others...im thinking of getting of trt using a cycle of test e and pro with pct and hgc...its kinda depressing knowing my levels are so damn low

The words "TRT", "Cycle" & "PCT" have no place being used together. TRT is run for the rest of your life. If you're on TRT then you dont run cycles and you dont use PCT. Suggest that you educate yourself and dont go running anything until you get the matter checked out by a competent Doctor...

If you're considering running a Cycle, I'd wait till your over 25. You need to see what has happened to a number of guys here who blasted when they were under 25...some are really messed up from an Endocrine perspective.
Test levels of 180 if in pg/ml is extremely low! Something is wrong and it needs to be diagnosed.
Typically, Pituitary Adenomas are the root cause as they mess with LH, ACTH, FSH, LH and even GH production. The good thing they are almost always benign with no malignant potential. This is why you need to be diagnosed and not just be put on a TRT protocol.
Also, gyno at your age suggests your Estrogen dominant as well.
Can you post your blood work with ranges?

There are also tumors that can produce Estradiol (E2), that can lower your T level in a hury.
Like the others have said you need to be tested to find out what is causing this to find a solution.
In general you will find two issues, looking at the LH and FSH, if both are higher than normal and the Testosterone is low, it a primary problem with the testes.
If both LH and FSH are low, then something, often stress or high E2 blocking the signal to make the testosterone.
