Gaining muscle mass burns fat, cardio at steady pace also does.. And diet is really good .There really is no magic pill just hard work in my opinion .

    good luck

OP, low to medium intensity cardio has worked the best for me, minimum 45 minutes on empty stomach at 80% -85% of your max heart rate! i do it in the morning and at night before bed. on lifting days i do morning and 20 minutes low intensity after workout late at night.

Keeps your metabolism high throughout the day and helps you burn away fat all while supporting lean muscle mass growth.

To chime in, when your body does not have sufficient protein to feed on, your body will store fat/carbs and feed off of the protein/muscle. It's your bodys self-preservation mode. Exactly what you don't want. It's a reason why many people's diets fail. Your body does its best to maintain what its used to, even though your dieting. Therefore, some people diet for weeks/months and hardly see progress and give up when all they had to do was stick it out until their system adapts. Proper nutrition, exercise, time and perserverence will yield results. Can't say anything about cardio. Never had to do it, thank god!

This is easy. Diet and exercise is the only way to achieve fat loss.

this is why GD's mention of protein and fat loss grabbed my attention, because i know you mentioned you are on a high protein diet and you look very dry. so i am thinking maybe thats what i need to try for my next diet as i am in a plateau mode right now!

not to be a jerk, but you do know excess protein can also be stored as fat too right?

OP, why not just use Anavar with diet and exercise? It can be a bit bad for the liver at higher doses, but in moderation it should not cause any major long term effects (as far as what i've read anyway). Diet and exercise works... but studies are pretty well all in agreement that a cycle of Anavar can significantly reduce bodyfat... the best part being is that with keeping a good diet and exercise program even after you go off of the Var, the fat tends to stay off better than in studies using other types of fat burners.

A lot of people use Clen , but jitters are common and some people just don't respond well to it.

Never tried it but I've heard Var will also provide some strength gains at the same time.

Just wish the stuff wasn't so expensive

Absolutely right BF30. Any excess calories, be it protein, carbs or fats can be stored as fat. It's a fine line to walk and you have to understand your body's needs as everyone is different. At least the protein's are half the calories of carbs and fats!

well they are the same as the carbs at 4 grams per calorie... i'm sure you knew that, but i've always heard that eating fat is better than eating excess carbs due to the slow absorbtion rate... I myself try to just stay within my caloric range and not eat much past 8 or so... if I do then it's usually a small amount of protein.

Some of this stuff is just guesswork though... as you said, everyone's body is so different that it's truly impossible to tell exactly how much of what is needed unless you have a lot of money and a lab at your disposal.

Correct. I should proofread and I would have caught that, but I'm sneaking on while working. I've heard the same about fat/carbs and absorbtion rate. If I eat late at night, it's most always cottage cheese, which is slow digesting and helps feed the body overnight. I love it but I know a lot of people just cant stand the taste. I've always been more ectomorphic and have had to fight to gain weight, so I've never had to struggle the opposite way but feel for those who do. Everyone seems to have a personal battle to wage!

Who the hell said anything about excess protein??? Just two shakes a day for most guys around here is not nearly enough to be called even close to excess.

If your low-mid intensity cardio is 45 min at 85% heart rate, I'd hate to see what your high intensity cardio is! =)

well to me ruining would be high intensity, jogging would be medium and walking would be low intensity! BTW, i am 51 so it doesn't take much to get my heart rate at 85%. thats about 140-150 beats per minute!

This topic got off track a little, so OP is there a BETTER fat burner than Anavar ? The bad part is that no one can answer that question... for some, that may be all they use... for others, it might not have worked well at all.

The tried and true method is going to always be 500 calories under maintenance each day with 20-45 min cardio 3-5 days a week.. though everyday is better. There is also the idea that many people go by of doing their cardio on an empty stomach. I can't personally do that.. I just get to weak, lightheaded and shaky... but if you can tolerate it, you might give it a shot.

Taking the Anavar will, in all likelyhood speed up your fat loss and in the process help you to gain strength... that's just what it does. If you can lose the fat without it, it's probably better... but no matter what... going the natural way will make you likely see a decrease in strength as well as some muscle loss... perhaps not a whole lot, but some.

One of the purposes for Anavar is to help with muscle wasting for AIDS and burn patients as well as those recovering from injury and surgery. It's a good and mild steroid to use.

I would only caution to keep the cycles as short as you can or if you want to make them a little longer, just make sure to have your blood work done often during the cycle to keep an eye on your liver enzymes.

actually it is not according to my clinic. if for some reason the test you inject binds to the sex hormone you will get nothing out of it even if you have TT of 2000, anavar will break it lose and prevent it from binding. this note is from the clinic... i did some research and found it to be true... how often this could happen, i don't know!
