feeling good but can't explain it!

the last few day (4-5 days) i have been feeling really good, less pain on my joints! this is what i been doing but not sure whats casing me to feel this good!

    1. i decreased my test dose from 200 mgs once a week to 60 mgs twice a week, and reduced my adex to 1.5-2 mgs per week.

    2. been taking vitamin D3 10,000 iu per day. i sopped for a couple of days due to muscle cramps but back on it and no problems so far.

    3. after finishing my blast of 300/300 test/deca i reduced deca dose to 100 mgs per week that last 3 weeks, i have one more shot left.

    4. cut all starchy carbs for the last 2 weeks, this is probably why my joints are better, wheat product seem to give me problems with my joints and digestive system.

My goal was to squat 225 and last night i was able to do it without much pain on the knees! i could have put more weights but didn't want to risk the knees! been lifting much heavier on all my workouts and hardly any joint pain!

great news enjoy while you can for sure. perhaps you can narrow down what is helping the most but it could just be the synergistic effect of the current combos and doses. I have terrible tendonitis in my elbows at the moment and wish I could find the right combo to alleviate this issue because it is really getting in the way of my lifting, plus just being in constant pain. I am trying DMSO and Penetrex with no relief whatsoever. Cortisone injections work for 8-weeks but I have just about had my limit.

Another thought is that test causes an increase in inflammation and perhaps not only lowering the overall dose but doing two injections lessons this problems, just thinking out loud, certainly no expert so take it with a grain of salt!

Weird, don't know if it's related but a few weeks back I lowered my test dose from 200 to 100 E5D and I felt better within the week and feel even better now several weeks down the road, I was wondering if maybe my E2 was a tad high and I didn't realize it.......don't know but I sure feel better on the lower dose.

very well could be. how are you applying and how much. I am finding when I use the DMSO, I am actually getting tightening in my elbow joints, where as when I move my elbows they catch and lock and of course hurt. I am think I may try the Vitamin D and see if that helps. damn getting old sucks!

I have always felt better at 80 mg / week. 100 mg or 120 mg and I lose the euphoric feeling and even feel crappy. Ok, maybe it isn't euphoric, but I feel really great at 80 mg / week.

Hey, didn't you spread out your hCG injection protocol?

All of these things can contribute to how you feel and real happy for you man
