    new member

    hello, i am new to this site. i am 42 and been working out on and off since i was a teenager. i have been looking into hrt for a while now. i have an apointment with cenegenics next week in ny for a full evaluation. i am a little nervous about what i am getting involved in but i am also looking forward to feeling and looking better.

    they seem to be a successful company...if you have money then nothing to be nervous about..

    have you got any bloodwork through your doctor(s) yet...

    a lot of us here have benefitted greatly from hrt...i started at age 36 am now 42

    thanks for the response, they came to my house and did a full blood workup. dr said they will go over everything during my physical. it is going to be expensive but i figure i will give it a shot for a few months. i blew money on worse things over the years. at least this is for a better well being. if it doesnt work out money wise i will look for a local dr.

    imo, your in good hands bro...good motto on how this is a good investment...you will save a lot of trouble with doctor/insurance red tape/ego/ignorance....we've seen it all here...

    stick around here...a lot of knowledgeable guys to help with any questions and share their experiences..

    thanks. after my evaluation next week i will let everyone know what the dr. has to say and the game plan.

    As Jman stated; you are in good hands.

    Please post your blood work with ranges and the recommended protocol.

    Just a note; Testosterone Replacement is not a thing you do for a "few months". It's a life long commitment but the benefits are far out-way anything else as you will soon see.

    ok, back from my evaluation. i knew i was out of shape but they gave me a wake up call today. they also gave me a plan to follow. after getting my results i am more depressed than ever.
