Doc says come off
My doctor wants me to come off my TRT to see if the changes in me are just placebo. Not happy with this as i dont want to feel crap again (All my bloods came back good with 100mg every 5 days) .
Looks like my mrs will have to do without sex..lol

Its all because they would not script me and i self medicate . Even tho they see the positive change in me . They thought i would fvck my bloods up and it would not help my symptoms . They dont like being proved wrong.
Maybe i was wrong self medicating ...And i dont do it for BB reasons.

You're not going to actually come off though right? You've been doing so good, I would be real concerned about coming off considering the condition you were in before dude.

since you self medicate(not under doctors orders) i dont see the relevancy to what the doctor wants you to do now?

Can't you get private labs done over on that side of the pond? Here (US) many are on home TRT we just google private blood work, I just did the same but added "in the UK" and came up with a bunch of hits, so I doubt it will be a problem. Besides once you figure out your bodies reaction to a set dosage and are stabilized there is usually not a lot of change so yearly work should suffice.

While you may not like it, doctors are under no obligation to help anyone play doctor with themselves actually quite the opposite. I can totally understand the doctors refusal, if he knowingly takes part he is helping to facilitate self medication, in the US this would could not only get him suspended or disbarred but could also open him up to a major lawsuit.

My Doc also had me come off TRT for 4-6 weeks. My free test levels were above the normal range. I believe the range they used was 4 ng/dl to 25 ng/dl and mine was 35. I am on my 4th week and honestly I don't feel too much different. Maybe I lost a little strength. He wants to keep a daily diary but there is really not that much to report.

I haven't taken anything. My clinic is not prescribing hCG yet but they may start soon. I will go back next week to check my PSA and test levels.

If i decide to drop off TRT will a short PCT do ? been on about 14 weeks so its just like a small cycle . 100mg test C every 5-6 days . Did start @ 200mg every 7 days for 4 weeks .
I was based on low normal T before with the guidelines of UK docs.
