    Natural Way to Boost Testosterone?

I've made a few posts here so some of you know my story. I'm 22 and have a T level of 252.5, I am looking for a good endo as opposed to going straight on TRT as my doctor wanted. Before all this I really never knew about anything about all this testosterone stuff. I've been reading about ways to naturally boost testosterone and was wondering if anyone here had any experience/advice. I've been a vegetarian for 7 years and my diet was always really high in soy products which I believe might've caused my low testosterone . If I go back to eating meat do you think it would make a significant change? Also I read that cruciferous vegetables are good so I've been eating a lot of those. I also started taking a multivitamin (Centrum Men under 50) do you think I should add additional vitamins/supplements? I've just started reading on protein shakes, never had one before, trying to see if they could possibly help.

Hope to get some good feedback.

    Thanks.

    Meat
Sleep by going to bed early so your hormones repair plus you would get a better gh pulse with some good quality sleep
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.

there are a few things I have heard that have helped... 1 is indeed meat as stated above. The second is to add (if you don't already) resistance training to your daily routine... it has been shown that working legs especially helps to boost test levels more so than other large muscle groups... though all of them likely help. My total was 647 on my last test. I've been using an elliptical faithfully for the last month and slowly increased the resistance and the last test was 797 I think? 790 something if not 7. Ellipticals aren't what I recommend, but I NEVER worked my legs before... even when I was heavily into lifting... I just hated to work my legs which was and is a mistake. There is more muscle mass in your legs than upper body... so work your legs lol.

    3. Sleep as stated above also. It does indeed make your body release more GH and is the best time to repair. Try to sleep at least before 12 and for at least 8 hours if not 10. Keep your meals close together. As far as the vitamin... well that's just something that's debatable. I also took the Puritans Pride vitamin for men and have had good luck with that as far as helping me keep everything in line. I switched to another for about a month and my blood tests have had some things that have been off though... likely not the multi, but your body gets used to things.

Don't fall for the OTC test booster stuff, as the majority of it is crap and the stuff that works has been or will be banned by the FDA before long. Hope this helps.

I forgot to add protein... a protein shake is usually best after a workout, because it's made to break down fast in the body to be used immediately. The morning is ok too, as your body will need protein right away since it's been fasting for a long time.

As long as you don't have any kidney issues... 1 gram of protein per lb of lean body mass is the norm to keep muscle wasting to a minimum, and to stimulate new muscle growth.

Protein Shakes, cool, I'm using Muscle Milk, half before workout and half after, is that ok?

As far as woriking out, I workout 3 times a week, arms, chest, legs, abs, hopefully that's good.

Were you able to alter your numbers like that, just naturally with no TRT? That gives me a lot of hope.

Still researching on the vitamins, for now I think I'll just stick to the Centrum.

Soy is a huge estrogen mimic and not good for men for a lot of reasons. Also, stay away from Fax Seed as well...another well known estrogen mimic.

A diet change may have a impact but I would think it very small. 252 (if pg/ml) is EXTREMELY low for a 22 year old. Something is medically wrong causing this serum level to be so low at your age.

Find a good endo and get a clinical eval and diagnosis first. TRT is a solution to a specific set of medical conditions; you need to be diagnosed first then based on those findings determine a protocol to get you corrected. Without that, we're blind and everything is pure speculation.

I don't use muscle milk myself because of the high sugar and I believe fat content if I recall correctly. I have been using Gaspari Myofusion whey for a while now... it tastes very good and has very little sugar.

As was said above, you may have some luck rasing your numbers and you could try this for a month or so. Lift, and lift HEAVY to get the most effect out of it... 8-12 reps and if your muscles aren't failing completely by the 12th rep, you need to raise the weight a little.

Ultimately nothing is going to do what a shot of test can do. Trust me, I have done a TON of research on the subject, as I don't really want to have to go with test since i'm already prone to acne and aggression... but sometimes low test can cause aggression anyway so it might actually help me.

No matter the supplements or anything, test is what will do the most for you. Don't worry about it though man... we all have conditions and have to take medicine, if this is the worst thing that is going on in your life then that's not really to bad.

You're right, I know nothing will help like an actual Testosterone treatment but I'm wary to go on it because of the risk of infertility, I'm still so young and I really want to have kids, that really scares me. I keep hoping there's some chance that I won't need to go on TRT after I see the endo...

at the very worst you could have your sperm frozen or something couldn't you? lol I kid, but some people do do that these days.

Keep in mind when you go off of test, your normal test will come back... whether or not it makes one sterile as a fact ... I don't know.
