Could i get in trouble?!
i get meds from my clinic and from my family doc! basically i have two prescriptions for testosterone from two different doctors! i am kind of stuck, i need the clinic to prescribe other things like anavar , deca and injectable supplements when needed, but i have to keep buying testosterone and AI from them to show that i am following the protocol. i also get a prescription from my family doc for testosterone only where my insurance cover it! my question is, is there a way for the authorities to find out and will i get in trouble?

I believe you would be okay since its two legit precsriptions. The only way I think you might get busted was if you were selling it. You know sometimes you here of people going to several docs and getting pain medicine, but then they get busted for selling it.

thanks for the replies guys. i am not selling it, its more for an emergency in case i run out of money or a disaster hits our country and can't get testosterone anymore! i like to mention that i get meds from a clinic in Florida and i pay cash, and the one i get here in California is through my insurance. i am only concerned if my medical records are shared nationwide! if not then i have nothing to worry about.

It is illegal to have both scripts, maybe a slap on the wrist sort of deal but then again it's a class 3 controlled substance so I can't say for sure and all scripts for class 3 substances are registered with the DEA, the real kicker is if you have too much in your possession, can't remember the details but it's something like 6 months supply.....can't remember but you better check, it's a felony bro so be careful. If you wish, we could delete or change some of these posts to protect you.

my understanding is its technically illegal..."doctor shopping" but not sure how strict they are , etc.

You could get in trouble, but it's unlikely. Going to two different doctors for the same script is against the law, and the fact that it's for steroids (one of the DEAs favorite targets these days) doesn't help either. There's so many people who doctor shop that you are probably not worth the effort to pursue.

I hope my real name isn't a number. I have a buddy who finds people for a living, it would scare the shit out of you to know how easy it is to gather information on someone, sometimes it's even illegal, end result is the same. If he can do it I'm fairly sure the DEA can do it even easier.....there is nothing secure about this or any other site on the WWW. However, if you wear a tinfoil hat while you type they won't be able to read your mind.
btw.....that last sentence was a joke.....I think.

Doctor shopping here in SoFla is a big problem and the DEA is all over it...especially the pain clinics. As for an individual like bass who is not really Doctor shopping and not re-selling I have a hard time thinking the Feds are going to put a task force together to hunt his hairy ass down...LOL

bleh. well this conversation got blue pretty fast.
Look, if you have a straight up prescription, don't do the entire dose and have leftover, that is your business.
The problem as previously stated will be "doctor shopping" and "drug seeking behavior" (as they see it , btw, i do not see it that way). Will it be an issue, probably not, but it could. Are you not able to just be honest with the clinic and let them know you are going to just get Test through your GP?
Oh, and I am an accountant, not a lawyer, and unless anyone in here is, or has gone through this themselves, I wouldnt take any of our advice since we won't be the ones who get the consequences.

If its only two seperate scripts for test from two docs, I dont think it would get you in trouble. Its not uncommon to have a script from your "pc" for a drug that you also get scripted from a "specialist", but more than two is a red flag theres not much plausibility outside the pc and specialist. As far as stocking up for shortage or disaster, the only way I see you getting in trouble for that is if you give them a reason to come to you, and they stumble upon them by accident, then they will have a field day.

Bass, your a small fish in a big pond, so to speak. They are not looking for you. You don't fit the profile and would not do them any good in any way, shape or form. It would be considered a waste of department resources. No offense intended buddy! You can take my advice seriously as coming from someone who's been there and done that kind of stuff for a career.

interesting responses from everyone!
Jamo, my problem is i can only get test from my family doc which is covered by my insurance, but from the clinic i get more like deca , anavar , AI, hCG and injectable supplements! if my doc can get me these things when needed i would quit the clinic. i can't get all that stuff from the clinic without the test, they won't do it.

would they consider deca and test. the same, there both roids, but diff. meds. i would think they would leave ya alone on that , but if you get test. from two doc., it will ring a bell with them,........i got percasets from two diff. doc a year ago and when i went to pick up my second scrip, the pharm. told me that it was illeagal to get perks from two diff. places so i left without it, there is fed. data base now for those kind of drugs, now would the bust ya , i dought it unless you were getting big quaintys that they thought you were selling, they got up to 3 years to pusue you on that charge

bite the bullet, pash cash for the Test, and you got no more worries sir

Got ya, ive noticed theres a minimum to what you can get with the clinic, and family docs seems to script test commonly in comparrison any other AAS, and since its covered how can you pass up getting it! Since your paying out of pocket for the other, there will be no connection made. If you fill a second dr's script for the same class III drug through your insurance.... that may be pushing it. And I assume you get it from different pharms, I wouldnt worry at all.

This depends on the state that you're in.

I got a note with my AI delivery from a Florida pharmacy today that said:
As per your states requirements, we report all controlled substance prescriptions to the appropriate state reporting program. Most states allow patients the ability to request a copy of their prescription reporting record. This could jam you up if your state does this also.

x2. However, as stated it could appear you are doctor shopping for a Class 3 Controlled Substance. I would avoid this in the future IMO. Your insurance could really screw with your coverage if they ever get ahold of your medical records from the clinic. I'm very leery of the clinics cause so many are getting busted. Once the Feds go in guess what? The first thing they do is confiscate patient records to check for medical necessity. Who knows where the records can end up once the Feds have them...
