Personally, I think Deca -dick is a bit over blown (pun intended). In my experience you need at least 100-200 mg a week for joint pain. 50 per week would probably have to be done for an extended period of time to see results, but you never know. 100-200 is still basically a low dose. People cycling with D will use 400-600 per week for growth purposes.

thanks for the info , maybe i'll do the 100mg , i started taking CREATINE from GNC someone said that would give your joints some releaf,
DECA would be much better then CREATINE, don't ya think?

It has been my experience and a general rule of thumb that 200/week is the starting dose for joint pain relief. But, you can certainly try a lower dose and see what happens. We used to say that your t dose needed to match your d dose to avoid mr limpy, but as long as you are adding enough t to get your levels right - you should be okay. Let us know how it goes for you...

my deca is 200mg, and i'm gonna take 1 ml a week, along with 200mg T 1 ml. a week equal amonts of each , can i inject both in the same syringe?,

1 ml is 200 mgs! i got better results with 100 mgs deca for joint pain relief, but we are all different! i guess you can try 100 then adjust based on how you feel. yes you can take them both in the same syringe, but get ready for a sore ass for days! when i was blasting 300/300 i did test on Sunday and deca on Wednesday just to keep the shot smaller dose.

Deca dick aint all that, if it happens use prami or cabor and take care of it blah blah blah. I experienced a little soreness from deca shots also, I started pulling both compounds into the same syringe leaving a good amount of air with it then turn it back and forth till they mix well before removing the air and injecting, I don't have a bit of scientific proof that mixing them would do a damn thing but I do know that the injections dont hurt when I do it that way.....it's magic.
You sonsabitches DO have some nice calves.

Nah, much bigger when I doing shows and stuff. Back in "the day" for me at least. When I started lifting I had none but I always did them first on leg day. It warms you up and you don't skip out or cut their work short cause your tired after quads/hams, etc. The majority of people never put the same effort into calves as they do chest/arms, etc. At least that's what I always felt.....but who knows...
