Every thing is NOT all right. Your Estradiol (E2) assay is very high and why you feel like crap.

Remember, E2 ---> Testosterone. In other words, Estradiol follows Testosterone in the cascade through the aromatization conversion.

You need to lower your E2 down to the mid twenties.

Drugs like Anastrozole will control this for you.

Sounds like your Physician doesn't know TRT protocols...not an uncommon event around here unfortunately.

    I don't understand your question.

You don't have to worry about Free T unless it extremely high or low.

Just know this, elevated E2 levels decrease Testosterone levels ; so all the Testosterone you are taking is not giving you or your body the results you are seeking.

Also know that extended periods of time with elevated E2 levles can cause some very serious medical conditions notwithstanding cardiovascular disease and cancer believe it or not.

You need to get your E2 under control no way around it my friend.

BTW, welcome to the forum; there are a bunch of great guys here who will chime in and help you along your path.

Coppy on GDevine...check out the educational threads on estradiol....might want to point out to your doc when high of range is 42.6 and you are at 70.9....seriously wtf?

Seems like the only way to get a fair shake with male HRT is to bone up following GDevines point...way more than muscle on this site mate. Educate yourself and be your own advocate.

what GDevine said! and splitting your does to twice a week may help in less e2 conversion, or better yet switch to SQ injection! something to conceder!

If you feel like crap you really need to talk to your doctor about that. Make sure you both have the same goals with whatever course of treatment you pursue.

Your E2 is extremely high, compared to your free and total numbers... they are only slightly elevated.

as others have already said, E2 is too high, you need an AI to get that down (arimidex ). Until you do, you will feel like crap as the elevated estrogen can actually make you feel worse than you did with low T

that sucks! if i were you i would demand an E2 test, just tell him you're not comfortable;e with guessing, you want to be sure. you can't use the PM feature until you reach 50 posts! Google is your friend!!!

Just another ill-informed Physician who doesn't understand yet is prescribing a medical protocol.

You need to demand he get your Estradiol down. There is enough information on the Internet and in a number of books that will educate him.

Print this out and highlight the section on Estradiol and have him read it!

Study it (don't just read it) yourself and you may find yourself searching for a competent physician skilled in TRT protocols:
