    TRT and appetit (androgel gel)

    Everything is going fine, been on for 2 weeks, problem now is that my appetit is back and i find myself eating like a horse, this is scary because i don't want to turn into a fat blimp. Any tricks on controlling hunger on this?

    A part from that i feel great, have a lot more energy, and drive toward life, less depressed.

    good to hear! its normal for your appetite to open up, your energy is up and your body is talking to you, needs more fuel. take advantage of your appetite, eat clean and feed your muscles, you should be fine as long as you don't eat junk! and BTW, if you gain weight, don't go by the scale, look at the mirror and see how you look.

    Thanks bass yeah when i work my 12 hour night shift i will eat junk LOL. Good to hear its normal, i did have this when i did my steroid cycle 12 years ago, huge appetit. But the testosterone where much higher then on my TRT.

    Even if i don't train with weights now i feel a lot more pumped up.

    Going to try a bit of the low carbing this week to try and lose a bit of extra flab, along with DHEA and 7 Keto. Girlfriend bought a lot of meat and eggs. I have to admit that i have been eating a lot of crap for the past month or so, i work 3 times per week on 12 hours shift, and i do eat a lot of bad foods during that time. Worst today i am going to ask to be switched on injections which will work even better then the gel, so i expect to see more changes during the next 3 weeks.

    Been on the gel about 3 months, it slows down but dont look at the scale LOL. It was pissing me off I had to get new shirts and shorts because of fat loss and the scale went up and so did my lifts so throw it out because it will drive you nuts.


    What helps me is to up the fiber and water, I know veggies suck but being a fatass sucks more.

    Try them both I did, and I am back on the gel, did not feel as good with the shots just take notes on how you feel not test levels, my lvl on 150 a week was 1200 and I felt like shit, 700 on the gel I feel much better but everyone is different. Also HCG is the best thing I added to my TRT.

    I got control over my appetite by coming up with a diet and sticking to it. That way, I was driven by a process, rather than my wants...and my wants were bad. At first I cleaned up my diet but still ate too much.

    The guys in the nutrition section can set you on the right path and then you can just eat what is on the list. If something isn't on the list, don't eat it. If you are anything like me, your cheating will decrease as the changes in your body increase. As soon as I stopped eating for fun, or our of boredom, my gains accelerated.
