Where do you find the patience?
It's driving me nuts that I have to wait another month to do blood work and then see I need to make any changes, and then another six weeks to see if that's working...
I want to do something NOW.
Is it just me, or does everyone feel this way in the beginning?

don't we all! you're not alone. thank God they don't make home test kits, I'd be doing it once a week and go broke within a month just because i am impatient!

It sounds like your body is very sensitive to changes, or your mind is spinning and it stresses you out. Are you worried about what your numbers will be, or are you actually feeling crappy?
I have been lucky - I went on 200mg/week of Test and added hCG about six weeks later. I have always felt good, my blood work has always been great, my E2 has never risen and I have never had to make a single change to my protocol.

I got a big boost in the first few days after my initial injection, and then my mood/energy/libido all tanked again.
That, and the only test I had done pre-treatment was a total testosterone . So, it's driving me a little nuts that I don't know the levels of estrogen, free test, etc.
I'm just getting frustrated I guess.

Injecting has a big effect on my mind. In the beginning I think it was a bigger effect than the actual drugs. I was psyched! Then I calmed down and had to wait for the four week kick in. It was frustrating. The same thing happens when I increase my dose...I instantly feel like lifting heavier, even though I know it will take time for my levels to go up.
It will all level out. Your test levels will stabilize and then you can see if you need an AI. Easy peasy. You are on the right path. Hopefully you will feel better and you will know it is working before you see the actual numbers. The change for me was drastic. I was interested in sex again and my chronic muscle cramps and pain were gone by the five week mark.
