TRT-Need your help respected members
My doctor has me on Test Cyp 200mg once every 2 weeks but I want to split this up into dosing once a week for stable levels. My question is will I have the same levels if im injection 100mg a week compared 200mg at once..

On a daily bases, no way. When you inject every two weeks you will have higher levels after you inject because the dose is higher. Then it will taper off and I would think they would be much lower after two weeks. Injecting weekly will give you more steady levels with less extreme peaks and valleys.
Injecting more frequently can also help with your E2 levels. When you inject a higher dose, some guys convert more to estrogen. My E2 levels are higher when I inject weekly as apposed to twice a week.

Yeah I wouldnt do every two weeks, that would probably be a bit of a roller coaster ride. Active life for Cyp and Enth is around 10 days I believe. Like Johnny said you would have a large spike and the it would gradual dissipate and you would probably start feeling a little shitty towards the end of the two weeks. If you are set on that dose (100mg a week) which is probably a pretty good starting point. Shoot it once a week or 50mg twice a week as Johnny mentioned.

I agree with both you guys and why I want to inject twice a week but my question is will my levels be lower because im injecting only 100mg a time instead of 200mg. When I injected 200mg I was at 800~after 6 days which is perfect for me. But if I inject 100mg will I get the same level?

Ahh i see what your saying...Well no, 100 is less than 200 so you probably wont be at 800 after 6 days. But you also wont be at 600ish after 13 days, catch my drift? Sounds like maybe you should split the difference and up your dose to 150-175 but only shoot once a week.

Fvcking doctors indeed.....If you have to stick to current dose for prescription and refill purposes, try 100 once a week for a month. Get your bloodwork done on 6th day after a month or so and see where your at. If you are lower than youd like to be maybe doc will then up dose (doubtful right?). But i wouldnt shoot once every two weeks just to get that big initial surge.....If 200/week does end up being the right dose for you and doctor doesnt want to up your dose then maybe look into some "supplemental testosterone " lol.

When you say "are my levels going to be lower" I assume you mean on the day before an injection, which is usually when you normally do blood work. I think doing 100mg weekly would give you a higher level on day six, rather than 200mg every two weeks on day 13, but haven't done the math. The bottom line is you will feel better and your levels will be more consistent. For testing purposes, who cares since they will reflect a more consistent level. You will be doing 100mg a week and your blood work will come back with a number that the doc can use to raise or lower your dose.
I inject twice a week, but skip a shot before blood work so I am being tested on day six, but only from a half dose (since I inject twice a week). My numbers come back around 600. The doctor says it is a little low, then I say I feel great, and nothing changes.

technically it doesn't make a difference in the amount of test you get in your body, you are still getting 200 mgs every two weeks no matter how you split it, however to avoid the roller coaster and spikes you need to split it. i even recommend splitting the 100mgs to twice a week at 50mgs, you will be surprised how well that will work for you.

Have to agree with Bass, I prefer to pin twice a week keeps the levels real smooth and the smaller injections are easily tolerated no matter where you choose to put it. Always do the blood work just before your due to pin so you catch the low side of the value. Nothing worse than having the Doc wanting to back you off.

^^^ bass's recommendation is the correct one.
OP = Don't see anything re hCG ?
Did you Doc talk to you about the potential for elevated E2 on a TRT protocol?
What were you diagnosed with; Primary or Secondary?
Can you post your BW?
