    Nsaids and trt

I have been having shoulder pain/weakness going on 5 months now.

My TRT regimen is currently 100mg Test C /wk,100mg Nandrolone for joint and shoulder pain .5mg Anastrozole/wk
I recently learned that my shoulder weakness and pain is coming from a pinched nerve in my neck.
For the past 2 months i have been taking Antiinflammatories (NSAIDS) for the pain.
I am wondering if there are any known interactions between these drugs.
I have been having dizzy spells when getting up from a sitting position for a few weeks now, this is rather unusual for me
something is out of whack for sure.

Don't know about the drug interactions but are you planning on seeing a chiropractor? If you choose to do so, find one who has their advanced degree and can adjust limbs. They can make an amazing difference and really tune you up physically. I had patellar tendonitis in my knee years ago and went through advanced physical therapy at an excellent facility but it did not cure the problem. This chiro moved next door to me. Kept telling me he could fix my knee. I finally relented and within two weeks it was 100%. He adjusted an imbalance of the pull of my quads on my knee which finally allowed the inflamation to subside. Been a believer ever since.

Couldn't the dizzy spells be directly related to your pinched nerve?

    Just my .02

i have almost all the same symptoms time to time vick

    especially the neck

and i do take a lot of ibuprofen but cant say the dizziness is AS constant but has been occasional

some weeks when i lift heavy 4 or 5 days i feel as if i have no range of motion as if i were completely muscle bound which is ridiculous especially when i'm quite fat as well...weird description but just sayin..

i keep sayin i have a pinched nerve....i hope it can repair on its own

when i take NSAIDS i get dizzy spells as well, especially when i get up or move quickly, they also screw up my liver so i take milk thistle to help with that. don't stay on them for too long, cycle them. like JP said i too when lifting heavy i can't lift worth a crap on my next workout, so what i do is lift heavy one week and light the next week and repeat. BTW, i am getting an MRI for both of my shoulders to see what the hell is going on! aging sucks!!!!!!!!

Googled the issue ,looks like NSAIDs can cause some dizzynes. They should not be taken with cortiosteoroids
The past 4 months i have done a lot of cardio and leg workouts since i cant do any upper body lifting at all.
So my conditonig is better than ever,i read when you have good stamina your resting heart rate tends to slow down from, lets say 70bpm to 50bpm

As a result you will lack 1 heartbeat as you are getting up from a squatting position ,oxygen doesn't get to the brain as quick, causing some dizzynes.
Trying to look at the glass half full, but i think i will give the liver a rest and cycle my NSAIDs as suggested.
My physical therapy hasn't been a miracle cure, progress i slow and sometimes i go home with more pain than i came in with.
I would like to try the chiropractor but i would need a MRI first, there is some serious risk involved in adjusting the neck.
Jp did you ever have a MRI done?
Sounds like you may have some cervical spine issues. My doctors tell me disc problems do heal over time but can come back to haunt you.

Try taking your blood pressure after one of the spells you described. Overuse of NSAIDs can elevate BP. Happens to me...
