Dr Crisler? and other questions about TRT for newbie.
Hey guys i have a few questions for anyone that has used Dr Crisler.
First off about me,
35 years old, have ran a few cycles mainly test only. I was on propecia from age 24 to 31/32 which killed my sex drive. Stopped propecia and drive was not that great and hard to get in the mood. Had blood work done during my many propecia years, total test was always high as well as estrogen and free test on the bottom range of low normal.
After being off propecia for many years i had another blood test, total was low 500s and free was 7 with a range of 7-20. My primary Doctor sent me to an endo but then the endo said i was fine and my lack of sex drive is in the brain .. blah blah.
Ive been married for 4 years and have gone MONTHS without sex because i could care less. Whats funny is the one time we would do something my wife always managed to get pregnant.. I now have 2 boys and another on the way in 2 months. I am getting a vasectomy this month.
Anyhow, when i started my first cycle of test I was finally horny as a teenage boy. I wanted sex every minute of the day. If i didnt get i would get pissed off... The feeling was great.
Since then i have basically put myself on TRT at 150-200mg of enth a week "yes i know this is probably a tad to high". I dont want to go back to the way i was, going 5 months or more without having sex is ridiculous and im suprised my wife put up with it. Basically TEST saved my married.
Now here is my issue. I would much rather be on a script and do things legal rather then buy UGL which we all know is not as good as human grade.
Thing is i dont want to come off test completely feel like crap lose all my gains to go get blood work done.
After doing research it looks like Dr Crisler knows his TRT and works with people that have taken gear and wont look down on you.
I know he needs blood work as well but can i be honest with him and tell him I am on my on self TRT and dont really want to come off and feel like crap during the process.
Has anyone here used him before? I know he doesnt take insurance but can i go to my own primary doc get LABS done and use these to show Dr Crisler rather then using labcorp and paying out of pocket?
Any advice for my situation would be great.
Thanks

Go get blood work done, see Crisler and tell him EVERYTHING.
You need to do this right if your going to do it long term and TRT is for life.

Just call his office and tell them everything...they will tell you what to do. He has worked with many men in your situation.

I use him it's well worth it, people spend money on so much shit and cheep out on health. Be honest with him about everything because it will make it easier to fix you in the long run, I am 36 and spend about 4 months screwing around then I called him and now I am just tweaking my doses but I feel great.
Also having higher test lvls does not = feel better, in fact he had me lower my test and I feel better now.

I am getting a full blood panel from my primay in a few weeks. Ill get them and see if he will accept. I would have to have to pay for another lab to do them when i can get done for a 20 dollar duductible.

above threads are on the money, and Ryan makes a great point. Go to Crislers website, www.allthingsmale.com and print out his recommended bw. Ask your primary to write you up for that. It doesn't cost him anything to comply with your request.
