Weight lifting again but strenght and energy not 100% yet
I have the adonis effect program at home, its really a good program, i hate what is stands for, building the perfect body to attract women. Been with mine for 7 years but i guess i can still build that body to keep her interested in me LOL
I really like that program because it focus on broad shoulders, and posture (posture for confidence) after all women don't like men who slouch, and look weak.
The program is not really that intense, i can take my time doing it and i feel that at this point any type of training will be good.
I am on my fourth injection, i do feel a bit better, but my strength is still far behind and my energy level is up and down. My diet is very good.
I do not have the pains in the traps and upper back that made my life unbearable for the last few years, i guess that this is the best positive effect i got for TRT up to date.
Slowly working myself up i will see how it goes for the rest, the next few weeks should be interesting.
The AI program is 4 times per week, 2 X 13, 3 X 8 and 5 X 8 are the range for the first month or so then it switches to 21 reps.

No bass i decided not to go on low carb, i am having huge issues with ketosis, i just can't stand being in ketosis too much side effect. I am on a semi low carb diet instead works much better for me.
Not big on logs so no i will not start a log, and my protocol is 200ML per week or every 7 days. I had my fourth injection last Saturday, i was on androgel for about 3 weeks prior to injection.

You're only four shots in and it's bound to improve further. Regarding the back pain, over the years I've always noticed mine would return only when I neglected to work out my back hard on a regular basis. The stronger my back got, the better it became. No pain issues at all over the past 10 "straight" years of weight training. Back is fine now, just keep tearing everything else lol...

Has for the pain and low T level i have seen many, bunch of chiros, massage therapist and recently a trigger point Bowen specialist. All of them ignore ligament laxity like it never existed. All of them give you exercise to strengthen the already tight muscle of the core, and worst stretching movement the lengthen an already over stretched ligament.
The last guy i saw worked on my posture and discouraged me in going with my current medical doctor, he said he was against prolotherapy and PRP and they where worthless. At that time, my calve muscles where always contracted, hard a rocks, my traps and upper back where the same making my life hell. I had temp relief after each of is session but like a dumb chiropractor they keep you coming back.
Scar tissue he said, and i would never be able to train with weights again or until its all broken up.
That clearly shows me that all of them have there technique but when it comes to chronic pain it just doesn't work. Theses so called health professional have huge egos too and will never let you go.
I am not ready to say that TRT will fix any pains that people have but i am ready to say thing, if the body as low testosterone level it will not be able to repair itself, ligaments, tendons, muscles won't repair themselves, and that at some point will lead to chronic pain. Most medical doctor will give people NSAC but will almost never check for low T level, they will pass this as normal aging.
Well if feeling like i felt this summer for a 39 year old is normal aging, i rather be dead and buried.
