    Front loading for trt

After reading the "when will I feel it" thread, I had a thought. I saw in another section "front loading" to get test levels up faster. Would this work for trt doses. Say the 1st week I double up, 400 instead of 200, would I feel better sooner. I know I should be patient since this is a journey not a race! But....

I think front loading will work with all but test-deca . In any event, a better plan is to front-load with 200 and then administer 100 E5D or even less more often.

Indiana, you pretty much answered your own question, your responsibility would be to stick to the protocol and do the blood work along with how you feel. Most all the guys will agree more is not better. I take less than my script which is 100mg test C 2x a week I actually feel better at 60mg as the 100mg puts my T at 1025 sends my estrogen up and free T goes out of the top of range. I also take .25mg anastrozole everyday to control Estro (very prone to estro conversion). So do be patient and find out slowly what works. Every action will have a different effect when it comes to blood work, to much Test higher estro etc.
It's a journey and IMHO, no you won't feel better any faster.

actually front loading won't make any difference, if you read the steroids profiles you will see that even on heavy cycles the effect usually takes 2-4 weeks, which is the same with TRT!

ha. You dont' frontload in HRT unless you are on Test undeconate. HRT is for life so why would you be in a hurry? Test Cyp or E will only takes 4 weeks to reach max blood level's.

So the answer to your question is your will "feel it" kick in in 4 weeks. No need to hurry.

I know, "patience grasshopper, patience"! No front loading for me. I did wake w morning wood this am. Not sure if the hcg or some of the test is actually working. Probably just the psychological effect, but I will take it!

I have a theory on "how quick we feel it":

If your initial dose level is higher than your optimal level, you will feel the benefits of TRT rather quickly. But unfortunately, several weeks in you start feeling worse.
If your initial dose level is lower than your optimal level, you go many weeks with little noticed benefit.
If your initial dose level is in the optimal range for you, it will take a few weeks for things to start kicking in and a couple more for the full benefits to manifest.

Based on this theory, you don't want to front load because you miss gaining information on how close your initial dose level is to your optimal dose level. So the grasshopper thing is huge.

Ah, but grasshoppers, it also depends on starting t level and how long you have been low, AND each individual's body's ability to process the rapid increase from the exogenous t into usable free t and not convert to other not so beneficial hormones ....

just to add to the above theory....
