HRT clinic ?
just got off the phone with a representative and he can make me an appointment with a DOC in laguna hills . initial and one time visit and bloodwork is = 500$ then they will call me to discuss which meds im comfortable with and they will be fed-ex to me for 4 months then they call me to see if im feeling alright and want bloodwork done again or not and if i want to continue with same protocol and send me meds for another 4 months. the thing that scares me is they want the 500$ up front over the phone then i will get the addy to doc in laguna hills and appointment time. they say the reason is because its hard to get in to see doc and it helps avoid basically flakey people . does this sound legit?

LOL, that sounds like a shitty or fake clinic! keep posting until you get 50 posts then PM me! but i truly believe your best bet is to drive to Las Vegas if you can't find a decent doc where you live! of course call the doc first. in fact i am planing to do this myself!

Most clinics want a card # to bill before they order blood work.

If it is not a scam, they will happily give you whatever the hell you want and overcharge you for it. I am not a fan of this way of doing business, and neither is the government. These places are shut down on occasion.
I loved the part where you said "they will call me to discuss which meds im comfortable with." I would say that is awesome, but the price will be astronomical. The $500 up front fee is scary.

ted,
that is a typical price you will pay for the clinical assesment(cbc,cmc,test,ifg1,igfbp3,lh,lipids, psa, thyroid panel, estradiol, cortisol.freet3, shbg....($500). the one i found in Fla offered to give back $250 if I flew myself down there. so that cuts the price in half, but im sure they make up for it if you agree to there " treatment plan".
