I have no problem with IM.
I inject my quad muscle with a slinpin 1/2" painless. I'm on my 4th shot this week!
I don't know why but I feel it's better than testosterone ... Pimples came back, wake up like a baby, and have energy throughout the day! Thanks HCG !!!

I've done my quad once just to try it. Wasn't a problem, but sub-q just seems easier and a bit less painful. I'm using 29ga. 1/2" slin pins, but I'd order 30ga. pins on my next go round.
