all foods on this website are related to scientific studies done on them, i don't eat all of them but since switching to adding more fruits and veggies, orange juice, vegetable juice i have a lot more energy and feel great.

Funny part: when I clicked on your link, the list of foods is...well, pretty damn much covers everything I can typically get at the supermarket.
I think the real value of that site, is its depth and the menus, etc. you can get from it.

Yes and the best thing is that you don't need any supplements. This is my ultimate goal this year stop relying on pills, vitamins and get all i need from food. I started eating like this last week and i feel amazing. My new energy drink is no longer a Monster, or red bull, its unpasteurized organic raw honey in warm water with cinnamon. This i found on earthclinic, another great site for home remedies.
