    low t and mood swings

So I was just curious to hear about some personal stories with your guys' experience of mood swings and low testosterone levels . I seem to be struggling with this. Is this just in my head? I sometimes feel like a woman on menopause with my moods up and down and sometimes everything annoying me and I don't know why. Is this a symptom of low t and does trt really help in this area? I think this is my biggest bother and only until recently have I figured it might be because of low t.

Yep, it can be a symptom of low T but there can be many other things out of whack too, do you have any other symptoms?, Blood work?

yeah just stuff i've posted. last blood test showed total test of 362. i can't recall the other numbers off the top of my head. the usual fatigue, lack of energy and reduced recovery, lack of motivation etc.

You'll want to look at the full panel to be conclusive. I was dealing with moodiness quite abit, among other things...
In short, both my T and vit D were really low. Taking both is definitely helping.

yup it could be in your head! of course no one can tell you whats wrong with you without seeing the complete picture. as stated above, need to post your complete blood work so we can see whats going on. your total T is low but what about you free T?! ask your doctor to give you a copy of your blood work, its your right to obtain one, don't take no for an answer.
