I have not cycled in awhile so I do not have current blood work...its been awhile...my normal system is fine, but I was thinking of running the 8x2x8 sling shot taining and thats alot of time off. So I am learning about trt to way my options...thanks for all the thoughts and I am not going to be doing any cycle for that long..I will stick with 8-12 wks then pct...
and I believe trt will be banned one day..slfmade has a stong point and I do not think your being a pessimist, I think you are seeing reality of our world...

its too late for that, way too many patients on TRT today for them to pull the rug from under them. they may be able to stop putting new people on TRT but they will continue for the existing ones until they die off. i can guarantee you it will never get banned, improved if anything.

Sheeesh! Critical thinking must be a lost art. If you go to a doc with a medical issue that causes severe pain is he not able to prescribe you oxycotin?....of course he can. If a diabetic needs insulin can he get it?.......of course he can.....yet these things are abused all the time. TRT has years of studies to back it up and show of the health benefits when used correctly....... if someone needs it he will be able to get it......it will only get easier in the future. There is a big difference between Alzado and TRT Everything has the potential to be abused, it typically results in stupid laws that try to regulate it more but something like TRT will not be made illegal.
My gawd, some of you guys are on accutane.......now that's the sort of thing that will be outlawed, take a look at NSAIDs.......advil kills thousands of people every year......think it will be outlawed soon?

have you read the side effects of Advil, or any of the OTC drugs for that matter? steroids sides are extremely mild compared to these drugs!

That's exactly what I mean Bass, hell steroid use is already illegal just like doc shopping for pain killers......TRT is on it's way to being discovered by the mainstream docs, in 10 years it will be much easier to find an educated doc than it is now, TRT aint going anywhere.

yep, i stated that ronnies slingshot method is asking for problems and could give a high potential for putting one on trt, as at the end of the day its just one big long cycle. you'd been best to post this in Q&A as this section doesnt really cater for direct cycling questions

I hear about clinics getting shut down all the time, and they will keep getting busted. I was basing most of my argument on the other prescription drugs that get pulled all the time due to law suits and things such as ephedrine that were banned to a few people abusing it. After reading the other posts that followed mine it did shine some light on the subject for me. I realized things such as ephedrine never really had any type of medical use except as a bronc. dialator which didn't get banned completely - just the eca stack. And I did say...I highly doubt that TRT would ever get banned. It was more of a hypothetical....what if this happened after you ran a cycle you knew would shut you down in hopes there would be a fall back plan.

IMO TRT will never be banned. The treatment is in fact now mainstream, but in its infancy. Have you seen the “Low-T” commercials? The U.S. Pharma industry has too much invested & their Lobbyists would never let this happen. The only thing the weak-suits in Washington can do now is further regulate it. This of course, would be the direct result of those clinics who continue to operate in an irresponsible manner.
