Heart growing as well with TRT?

Heart is a muscle too, will it grow as well being on TRT for a long time?
Take Arnold as an example... Didn't he have surgery for his heart was too big due to steroids ?
I'm just wondering cause I'm on my 11th week of TRT and I see so many people are on it for more than yrs!!
I'm thinking of being on it 6 months and taking 1 yr off and do HCG for this one yr.
    Then start TRT again...
Any thoughts? Please don't chip in if you have no experience.

    Thanks

Your last statement comes across as smug and arrogant, I'm sure you didn't intend it, everyone here is experienced in some way, these threads are for EVERYONE to learn and "chip in", no need to worry though as the members in this forum won't suffer bad information being posted as fact.

Please explain your reasoning and research behind the idea off going OFF TRT for a year.

I don't wanna start anything, but calling me stupid is not a good idea. Specially when your avatar looks like that. Keep it to yourself I didn't ask YOUR opinion.

What did your blood work look like before you started and what is your current protocol? I believe there was similar thread going recently.

Here's one that tried to stop, didn't work out so well.... http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...T#.TvI3Qko0VJM

If i remember correctly Arnold abused steroids , TRT is a very small dosage.

Look at Eddie Gerrero he died of an enlarge heart and also abused steroids, is physique had changed dramatically from is WCW years to is WWE he looked awful too.

OP - I don't understand your reasoning here; are you concerned with an enlarged heart while on a TRT protocol?

You didn't post your dosage amounts nor why you are starting a TRT protocol.

Is your protocol one that raises your testosterone levels to youthful levels or are you doing more here???

I have never seen any study that points to any type of cardiopulmonary complications when a man injects testosterone to raise levels to optimal on reference range.

Please note, once you start your Testosterone injections you will be in a state of HPTA suppression and restarting is hit and miss...and more miss then hit.

Going off like you suggest is probably not a good idea.

You will need hCG during the time you start injecting Testosterone again do to HPTA suppression.

You may want to rethink this protocol IMO.

few months after TRT i though my heart got big due to PVC's and pumping hard all the time, went to the cardiologist and did EKG, Holter and Echo-Cardiogram, all turned out good, no enlargement and no abnormalities. i believe these problems occur due to high doses of steroids . some thing to thinks about, even though we take steroids our muscles will not get bigger beyond normal unless we work them beyond normal. same thing goes for the heart muscle, if your heart is not worked beyond normal it won't get bigger! just a theory of course, no scientific proof! but i wouldn't worry about it. BTW i believe Arnold had a valve condition all his life.

The endo who is now following my TRT protocol and put me on that 20 week deca and masteron cycle has the same knowlege has you gdevine now i know that i am in good hands, i have also been given HGC to take during TRT to keep my test level in normal range.

Thanks a lot for yet another great reply

Bass just wondering about your PVC issue, you are not taking in any fat burners or drinking too much caffeine green tea or else? i used to drink energy drinks at some point and did have issues with rapid heart beat and stuff like that, i just quite everything now.

no energy drinks, only regular tea 1-2 cups a day. my doc said i can drink tea, caffeine has no affect on health, just make the PVC's more noticeable and annoying! 50% of the world have them but only 20% notice them!

I'll "chip in". Your heart enlarges regardless of AAS. Heart is a muscle and adapts to the work load.

Take a look at the current edition of Life Extension Magazine. It details the health benefits related to coffee. Pretty interesting....

Left ventricular hypertrophy (what people generally refer to as an "enlarged heart") is mostly a symptom of chronically elevated blood pressure and heavy lifting.

Some highly anabolic steroids have been shown to increase the actual mass of the heart in rats in large doses (madol/DMT, for example), but this is rather rare, and certainly of no concern to someone doing legit HRT.

In short: your concern is unfounded. Just do your HRT as prescribed.

Steroids users’ knowledge based on experience is that if you compare it with other steroids, high doses of testosterone are still safer than most

    i believe so

Eddie Gerrero had alot of things going on besides steroids, i know theres a old episode where he was carried out of the ring dead 'heart attack, backstage took over 20 minutes to revive him.

    But the upside is.....

To an athelete requiring strength and stamina, what you will find is that TRT will increase your RBC and strength together, metabolic conditioning gets easier even as you bigger and stronger. Yeah, I like the bog heart part of it!
