Testosterone - 290 ng/dl - ref range = 285 - 800

E2 - 37 pg/ml = ref range - 7 - 50

SHBG = 46.8 ref range = 10 - 48

LH - 7.7 ref range = 1.7 - 8.6

FSH - 3.5


Am I primary? Is my LH high and do I have testicular failure?

i cant ever remember which lh and fsh make primary/secondary

do you have a doctor with these labs or run them on your own?

when u say latest bloods....you have others? why not post those?

symptoms?

or is your only concern whether you are primary or not?

Primary Hypogonadal = High LH low Test (testicles not functioning properly)

Secondary Hypogonadal = Low LH (hypothalamus or Pituitary problems)

Need to see more complete blood work.

SHBG is high and binding to your Testosterone . Need to see Free Testosterone and Bio-available to truly asses.

E2 is elevated as well converting Testosterone via aromatization.

Tell us everything about yourself physically with history andf post all bloow work with ranges if you have them.

Are you under a Doctors care who knows how to diagnose your problem correctly and put you on the correct TRT protocol?
