    Slim pins

What size are insulin pins. I need to find a place to get some, but I am sure I won't be able to find them under slim pins. So need to know the size they are.

Bought min at Walmart. 29gauge 1/2" is what I am using. Insulin syringes are generally available over the counter.

Your state doesn't require a prescription but some do. Look in any drug store, walmart or even online for the best price. Slin pins usually come 28-31 gauge, 1/2 - 5/16 inches.

FYI. you got to be careful buying syringes from these places, when i buy syringes form a major supplier they sell sterile syringes for both animals and humans, for the animal ones it says on the box For Veterinary Use Only! if they were safe for both they wouldn't put that there.

I do business with one Vet syringe house. Both grades are sterile products, but the distinction is made for liabilty reasons. While sterility is present in both Human & Vet grade syringes, the quality of the actual pins is what's different. Vet grade pins are not as finely made & many of them are manufactured in China these days.

In fact, a majority of the OTC Meds and Vitamins we take here on a regular basis contain ingredients that are manufactured in China and/or India. It's pretty certain that you cannot buy a Vitamin product in the U.S. that doesnt contain one or more raw materials that are imported from China. Many people are not aware of this...
