    Stacking on HRT

I am currently on HRT my Doctor has prescribed testosterone cream which I apply once a day. I have been working out consistently for about 3 months now and have not seen the kind of gains I had anticipated. I would to start a cycle that will help me gain about 20 lbs of lean mass, does anyone have any recommendations ?

This forum is dedicated to strictly physiological repla***ent of T so you probably can't get the help you want here.

You could do short cycles using 100-200 mg nandrolone per week, I believe vetteman08 is the resident expert on this.

Do remember that the TRT is forever, so one has to proceed with caution if you want something more aggressive, and then for sure, you should post in the aas forums.

I wouldn't recommend messing with your hormone levels without a history of lifting and a solid understanding of diet.

I saw gains when I started TRT, but I had been lifting since I was a teenager and knew enough about diet to make sure I was at least getting enough protein for growth. As my diet improved, so did my gains.

Would agree with others that you should probably look at getting your whole program dialed in first before adding other compounds. Get the diet dialed in, and get your labs done on a regular basis, then you will be able to look at it with eyes wide open. If you will dedicate some of your time to get familiar with this forum, you will LEARN just about everything you need to know to make some quality decisions for your health.

Welcome aboard, we look forward to getting to know you. Can you tell us more about yourself? Stats? The events that led up to you going on HRT? Also, is there anything else associated with your program (HCG , AI, B12, DHEA, etc ...)? Also, 3 months is hard to gauge the true success of a workout routine. Would enjoy hearing the things you do, and the goals your are trying to achieve.

My first question is whether your are doing well on the gel in other areas than the gym? Are your test levels in the proper range, some people don't do that well on gel, I would first wonder if your protocol is working properly before messing with other compounds. And like others said if that is all in order diet and training protocol are super important. Take vettemans advice. Also people have posted a timeline of the effects of TRT as well, I can't remember where it was, but it was a neat graph type thing that shows the results you seek peaking at around a year of TRT.

I don't know what kind of doctor you have, but if you are on HRT your doctor will be monitoring your testosterone levels . With that said, he will see a spike in your t-levels and most likely reduce your amount of androgel you are using. Its a double edged sword. Doing a cycle while on HRT is something you need to really consider.

If you have a doctor that doesnt give a @#$% and prescribed you test because you asked him too, then thats a different story.
