Cortisol????????
What was the biggest change to your protocol in the last two weeks?
E2 slightly suppressed...feeling like crap "could" be the introduction of the AI if the past two weeks.
Added any supplements?
Life events...stress at work or your girl or financail situation...???Last edited by steroid.com 1; 01-17-2012 at 11:01 PM.

Agree with GD that the AI could very well be the culprit. I know I don't feel very good in the teens with my E2, let alone if my body had to drop from 70 in a short time. Other labs would be helpful, e.g., full thryroid panels and cortisol, and even DHEA why you're at it. If they ran an albumin lab with your metabolic panels, we can use that to calculate the SHBG when your free test score comes in. Did they run liver enzymes (ALT/AST)? ... That's also a good indicator of stress in the body.

title: "still" feel like crap
so, you never saw any benefits since you started trt? what were the biggest issues prior? no thyroid bloodwork? be more specific about feeling like crap..

I have to pick them up from the doc so it will be a day or two. I did feel a boost the first 2 months

Feeling like "crap" is super subjective and almost worthless from a diagnostic standpoint.
While your numbers are good, could that be an issue somehow? Maybe, but it's probably more likely that you feel crappy from something else. Now that you have physiologic, "healthy" numbers you could explore the possibility of other things that are affecting you. Perhaps you are depressed, life changes, etc etc. There is literally a mountain of things to delve into.

What about low vitamin D?? The Endo I had checked me for low vitamin D and Thyroid before TRT. My vitamin D was fine but Thyroid was screwed up. Doc said low D and Thyroid cam make you feel like crap the same way low T can.

Sorry, but I completely disagree with that statement.
One of the "golden rules" among well trained TRT Physicians is to ask men "how they feel" before even looking BW results.
Symptoms and how a man feels are absolutely vital in my opinion in assessing and diagnosing anyone for that matter!
Maybe you meant to say it another way?

Feeling like crap is very important, but in this case we have a hard time saying he feels like crap because of his testosterone . At an initial setting a doctor could very well suspect low T as a culprit. But they will also look down certain avenues. If the doctor was armed with information such as healthy, normal T levels he would almost assuredly move past T being the problem he needs to pursue.
