How do you balance the objective and subjective with your treatment?
Do you go by how you feel and symptoms versus the blood work numbers, or how do you balance the two?
If you felt really good, but the BW numbers were low, would you still increase your dosage, etc?

I have a target free test blood level, and just stick to that objectively. I have always felt fairly good, so i cannot rely on that as an indication of blood levels

how did you determine the test level where you wanted to be? that's something else I'm curious about. I'm 44 and I'm not sure where it 'should' be.

I´m a BW whore. Every 4 weeks. Every 2 weeks during cycle. Will shoot for upper-mid range of Test and IGF-1, and lower-mid range E2 for Natty or TRT.

You are "Normal" if you are in range.
But fvck normal, that´s why we´re here. We want to be "Optimal".
And not optimal for a 44 year old, but optimal period.
Everyone will feel different, but I would guess closer to the max of the range while controlling E2 would work for most.

....but don´t forget you will feel a lot better and have less sides, complications, and need for an AI if you keep your BF at 15% or lower.

well i use how i "feel" as an indicator to adjust my AI, not testosterone . BW is done at least every 3 months for me, mostly to make sure nothing else is going out of whack!
