I have always wondered about vitamin D. I am a ginger, so I avoid the sun. I didn't even know there was a test until I read your original post. I should get that done.

Thanks. I read about it a bit then took another 4000. Lucky me I get off work at 2pm and spend a good amount of time in the sun. Will still try 10,000 for a while.

Be sure to take vitamin D with food or else it might not help at all.

lucky to be able to spend a fair amount of time outdoors in SoCal shorts and no shirt couple of days a week, 7000 iu's every day of D relentlessly and I came up with a 76 on a range of 30-100. My Doc tells me I test higher than any of his TRT patients but believes based on current research I could look at bumping that 76 up a notch or two, probably dumb but I don't use sunscreen except on my face and neck. This is my experience only, but looking at my labs it would really take some hefty supplementation to overdo it based on current thinking

My wife made several comments about much she noticed it.
Bro, go get your thyroid checked...
