MRI results for my back are in!

i know this is not a TRT post but i can't PM more than one person at a time so I'll post it here for all my friends to keep them updated.

everything is good, most likely i have a pulled muscles the doc said, like GD and Kel predicted! my doc ordered a compound anti inflammatory cream to directly apply on the injured area, so hopefully i can get back to lifting soon!

Outstanding Bass! Glad it was not something spinal related. Have you thought about cycling in some dmso along with it?

    that is good news

did u get a copy of the mri report...i'm guessing the "most likely pulled muscles" diagnosis is because the spine doesnt show any abnormalities

    best of luck

now quit goin around lifting small cars

Bass, is this cream something you get from the clinic doc, or regular doc?

it was prescribed by my primary doc from a compounding pharmacy. I'll post the details once i get it, and of course keep you guys posted as to how effective it is.

What about moisturizer to increase absorption? Might help.

DMSO might help with absorption if it hasn't been mentioned already. Congrats on the positive outcome bass!!!

DMSO is sold at most larger vitamin stores. Sometimes the pure liquid can irritate the skin so try to gel with Aloe, it's more mild and has less of a fishy order. Remember though that it will make whatever you are using a lot more potent so start out at a much lower dose than normal to see how you react. Also remember it absorbed into your bloodstream, not just the effected area. Always make sure the area of application is clean and wash your hands thoroughly first.

Oups sorry bass i need to enable that.

I guess you can try out leg press, they work fine for me, leg extension, nothing to drastic, too heavy.

In rehab i am doing minimum now 20 reps 4 sets. I will P90X my A$$ when i can, there is lots of bodyweight leg exercises in there you might want to look it up.

Great news, RC bad enough, throw the back in and you would be the walking wounded LOL. Hey, having an area from L2 thru L5 hanging on by a tread before I need spinal fusion, I can honestly tell you if you practice the "McKenzie technique" excersises every day for just 3-5 mins, it will make all the difference in the world, beleive me. Sure you can look it up online, I bought the book illustarting them at the bookstore but worth the weight in gold!
