Are you suppose to keep it in the fridge before you reconstitute it?

Don't need to but I keep it there with the vial I'm using at the time. But no, it's not needed.

It probably can't hurt.... at the very least you won't misplace it!

It's freeze dried for a very good reason; it could possibly last a 1,000 years and still be viable.

No need to refrigerate non reconstituted hCG ...but if it makes you feel good...ok!

It came with sodium chloride, has anyone used it with sodium chloride or is Bacteriostatic water better? Also how much liquid do you add to it? It's the 5000iu per vial?

The batch I'm using now is with sodium chloride, you don't want large quantities regardless of what you mix with, 5000iu should be OK, here's how I mix the 5000iu vials

I mix 2ml of Sodium chloride or bacto water with the 5000iu vials, that equates to 2500iu per ml of fluid and i personally use 250iu EOD ......so that means you would draw 1/10th of a cc/ml....that's .10 cc/ml on you allergy syringe.......it's a very small amount of fluid, the math is easy and it's easy to measure on the syringe and wont leave a lump. Hope that makes sense.
