way too much water, it should be no more than 2ml per 5000iu. yes your calculation is correct regarding dose. basically 1ml=1000 iu.

bass is correct, way too diluted.

    2ml per 5000iu as noted.

You may need to increase the dosage to offset.

What is the downside of too much dilution...5ml per 5000iu?

Diluted = Weakened = Less Effective

Let's say you originally just added 2ml instead of 5ml: at 2ml a 250iu injection would yield solid results given its half life. At 5ml you will need to inject 500+iu to get the same amount of the effective drug into your bloodstream.

    Make sense?

I'm confused , The instructions said use 10 cc's of water . Inject .25 cc for a 125 iu dose . I cut the water in have to increase the dose to 250 iu . 2 times a wee k

i am a testimony to this, i did 5 ml for 5000iu, and during that period i lost size and boys felt mushy, now that i mixed it properly, well almost properly (i did 2.5ml for 5000iu) my boys have awakened and back to life again! BTW, i consulted GDevine privately on this and he helped get back on track doing it properly.

I guess...are you suggesting that the effectiveness of the drug is dependent on how much BW its cut with? More dilution just means you need a larger shot to get the same amount of the drug...right?

    Should'nt the 250iu injection noted above using 2ml = 500iu injection using 4ml?

^^^^^ yes, thats correct forest, it doesn't actually weaken the compounds effectiveness it just means you would need to inject a larger amount of fluid to get the same IUs

In the case stated above at 5ml of water per 5000IUs of HCG you would end up with 1000IUs per ml of fluid so if you were looking to use 250 IUs for a single injection you would fill the syringe to .25 ml/cc that would be 1/4 of 1 ml/cc

I usually mix 2ml of water with 5000IUs which yields 2500IUs per ml of fluid so for a 250IU injection I fill the syringe to .10 ml/cc or in other words 1/10 of 1 ml/cc

Both of these examples will deliver the exact same amount of HCG you just have to make sure when you dilute it more that you do the math and increase the size of your injection.........It's all in the math.

You know guys it may be a good idea to add a mixing/dosing schedule to GD's sticky on HCG . Would really help a lot of people. IMO.

Thanks for the clarification JD...so 2ml per 5000iu works good for you and others?...no reason to increase the amount of BW in order to improve the accuracy of measuring a proper dosage?

Works fine for several here, allergy syringes are marked in 1/10ths...tenths.....so it's as accurate and easy as anything I've ever tried and the amount of fluid is so small that you should never have a lump.
