    Gyno with hrt?

    Any possibility of getting gyno while on hrt?thanks

    Yes.

    Lower incidence on a gel/cream protocol.

    Higher incidence on injections.

    Learn about aromatization process in the stickies and Google.

    Controlled via aromatase inhibitor.

    Yes it is very possible.

    It's not as likely as with testosterone abuse, but the risk is there, albeit not common.

    the point of hrt is to get your hormones to normal levels so it should not be a problem unless you are adding more on top of your prescribed dose , as already said tho- it is possible , remember its also possible that you are going to tread in dog shit on the street today , do what you would normally do and just lookout for it

    get a bloodwork done and check out your E2 levels. i'm sure your doctor who is monitoring your HRT would be able to fix you up with some A.I if required.

    Some people have very active aromatase, so if gyno is a huge concern for you just get regular bloodwork at the start to make sure you are "dialed in" correctly. After you find your sweet spot there should be little to no need for worry and adjustment.
