Hello my name is Low T, @ 23
So to start I'd like to say I know I ****ed up. I don't need people to tell me everything I did wrong. And unfortunately the lesson has been learned to late. I just need direction and help from those who live with TRT.
I took some Prohormones. I used Novla and Clomid for PCT. I did not return to normal, So I ran another PCT. Same thing. The following blood work is after over a year of not taking any supplements.
August 2011 1:15PM
Prolactin: 8.1 ng/dL range 4-15.2
FSH 1.1 mIU/mL range 1.5-12.4
LH 2.1 mIU/mL RANGE 1.7-8.6
Test Serum 315 ng/dL 249-836
Feb 2012 1:17PM
LH- 1.4mIU/mL range 1.7-8.6
Test Serum 273 ng/dL range 348-1197
It seems obvious to me that I qualify for some sort of help, weather it be TRT or Clomifiene
Now my doctor I can see for free doesn't have and endocrinologist. I saw an outside doctor and paid a fee of $285. She told me to get blood work done again in 2 months.(thats the second results) Now I came back and she has left the office. The other doctor told me I have low test. (no shit) and to schedule another appointment. So now they want me to pay again. (originally I was going to be called and the previous doctor would prescribe me and Id would come in and pick up the script.)
I want to know if there is any where I can mail or fax my results and be prescribed something? I saw this in Bigger faster stronger.
Do you think I should be given a free appointment because the doctor I saw left?
What are my options?
What are my limitations for options because Im only 23?
Now remember I have been off everything for a year and my result have only shown a decrease in test.Last edited by TRTME; 02-21-2012 at 12:41 PM.

at your age it is more important by far to find out what is causing the low test /lh/fsh than to get anything prescribed right away.

What's up dude? Welcome to the board! I am currently suffering from the same at age 24 , except I never used its just naturally low in my case.. I have a few threads open and from all the help from everybody here I can say you need to get it regulated with some HRT and monitored by a doctor until you can get it up again ..there's a lot of info on it throughout the board just get to reading , anything you can't understand or have questions feel free to ask ,people here are well educated on the subject and will steer you in the right direction

Well the cause would be the Prohormones
and seeing how i tried two recommended PCT protocols and its been a year since ive been on anything, and its only gotten lower, id say now is the time to be prescribed something. This has been a long year, and I cant beleave I still have a gf after all this

Aren't these results from your doctor? You need to see a doctor and have him diagnose you (most likely he will want to run his own tests) and get it managed ..

he hasnt said hes been diagnosed with anything?
hes tried multiple restarts without hcg ?
did you ever have any tests done before you took the prohormones? maybe you had low test before you even started them?
all im trying to say is see a specialist and get a correct diagnosis before you take anything else , hrt is for life.

My blood work was done at my primary doctors. He is not an endo.
I went to an outside practice and was told to get more blood work and send the results. she would then write a script and I could come pick it up. That cost me $285 to be told to get more blood work.
She then left the practice and now the other doctor at the practice wants me to see him. aka the whole process will start over again and he will probably tell me to get more blood work and see him again. I guess I want to know if online trt prescriptions are real and how to get them. And if not do you think I have leverage on getting seen for free or my money back.

i know next to little about the U.S system , cant you just request your bloodwork results again and take them to the new doc? , saying you have low test isnt a diagnosis its just a statement.

I have copies of all my blood work and I gave it to him to look at. he said I have low test.
YEAH NO SHIT
Now what do I do? He is trying to swindle me into paying another $285, and Im not down for that.

Yeah the online thing isn't going to be any cheaper as our complaining about seeing a doctor for free ..bottom line HRT cannot be done by you alone you need doctor getting bloodwork monitoring you while on it , you are basically saying you want to just do another cycle lol that's not your answer for FIXING this it is what put you in this position

thats not what Im saying at all. I dont know how you got that outta this.
I want to be prescribed something to help me. I can get blood work from my doctor for $7, when ever I want. The outside endo, wants another $285. I feel scammed by this place because I paid the other endo and she left. So No I dont want another "cycle" I want a legally prescribed theropy. is the online thing real? I have heard it is and seen it on Bigger faster stronger.
I have said nothing about doing a cycle..

Search around for doctors in your town that specialize in TRT. Call compounding pharmacies and ask them which docs they work with.

If you live close to FL there are a bunch of them there. You could fly to see a doc too. Many options

I apologize thought you were just beating around it... Therapy and steroid cycle are the same thing ..only I've seen different SOME therapy doesn't require high dosage but I've seen people prescribed to 200mg on therapy alone! The BIG difference between the both is the monitoring dude ..a lot of blood work and tests... and you don't need to see an endo your doctor can easily prescribe you therapy and HELP you . If he's anti steroid and doesn't want to hear shyt switch doctors you really have no choice .. An endo might be recommended from your doctor if "there's nothing in his eyes that he can do for you" ...knowledge might be preventing him from doing it on his own ...sit down and talk to him or go elsewhere!

On a side note that is crazy you did one prohormone cycle and your test fell by 500 points and stayed there?

My doctor told me I need to see an endocro for help. I dont think just any doctor would want to prescribe me test because he is not specifically familiar with it.
aka he sent me to an endo, and I agree with that. WHAT ARE ONLINE OPTIONS! I KNOW WHAT MY OTHER OPTION IS
and TRT and doing a cycle ARE NOT the same thing.
a cycle is a high dose for 6-10 weeks
and trt is a lower dose to put me in normal range for the rest of my life....
you are not helping and I feel like my knowledge base is higher then yours. thanks but id like info from other people now.

Are you looking for a strictly online physician?
There is no benefit to an online physician over seeing one in person. There are many benefits to seeing one in person of course.
Don't bother with the endo who you feel is trying to scam you. But if you have insurance there are many you can consider. Some people talk to local pharmacies to find out what docs prescribe testosterone therapy .
