    Need help understanding my blood work

    Do u guys see anything out of wack? Im 33 an tired and achy all the time. Just alot of the low T symtoms.

    I'd like to see total and free higher at your age IMO. Remember that BW is just a snapshot in time. Total is not as important as free, which is what's available for your body to use. Your shbg is a bit high and binding your T. Lower it and you'll have higher free levels. Research Nettle Root as an herbal resource to reduce it.

    I was thinking my free is low and my total isnt great but not super bad either. I also thought the shgb was high. Thanks man cuz im really considering hrt

    TRT is for life. Research all options first. Consider a 24hr urine test to get a total picture of your hormone levels.

    Going along with what kelkel said, I would think about getting a second set of labs - this time add on an E2 because that's an important consideration.

    SHBG is an issue, but significantly reducing it will be difficult.

    What is your weight?

    he can reduce shbg with a short cycle of var, but of course it has to be prescribed by a doctor (good luck)! some life style changes can help boost up your test naturally, weight lifting is one and of course clean diet. just remember, HRT is not a magic pill, many struggle for a while until they get things dialed in.

    Im 5 10 198 around 17% and I do train. But its getting to the point where i have no drive and not gaining anymore. Have u guys heard of Danazol its supposed to lower it like winny. But I would prefer var.
