    Androderm

Is there anyone out there familiar with or has used Androderm patches prescribed by a doctor? Have some questions but really want to talk to somebody with experience on it. Very important!

Also kind of a dumb question but If I miss a dosage wouldn't it be better for me to make up the missed dose? I kno it says don't double up...why tho?

MY PCF REALLY DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT TRT BUT HES LEARNING NOW.. you just got to be patient to see what works for you.the key is your DOCTOR get one that knows whats up it will make your life much better..
LOL , same deal here man ... Planning on seeing an endo when I get some more cash together.. My PCF doesnt know much about it either and just threw it out there (any doctor can have enough knowledge of HRT to prescribe you to proper dosing , doesn't mean he's educated in that area, you know?) , now telling me he'd like to try the gel... I really think its time for a new doc ..

You think I'd cause problems doubling up? I also haven't seen any difference ..at the same time the area I put the patch is unaffected no red marks nothing ... I want to cut the patch open and eat the gel inside .....Jk lmao imagine . I'm not that nuts

There is no need to double the dose. It will only put your hormones into further flux the next day. That could lead to more sides.

HOWEVER... you don't even know what dose is best for you yet so maybe you'll be on double the dose after your next bloodwork. But for now just stick to the plan otherwise you have no idea if it's actually helping you.

If the doc doesn't know much about HRT then just find a new one. Eventually you might run into issues such as high E or you may want HCG and then they will probably refer you anyways. Might as well get the highest quality care from earlier on in my opinion.

DON'T GIVE UP.. its all about your doctor hes got to be on it knowledge is golden.. Even with good numbers it can still take months before you feel right. i have been on 2 tube of testim for about 12 days... still feel like shit. last b/w on 1.5 tubes only got me to 301mg morning draw before app... And that after i changed to testim. when i started i was at 177 on the patch. at 300 dont feel any different. that is a morning number after applying i bet i am at over 500 plus still dont feel right. TRT is frustrating......
Who older than 35? I'm 24 .... And test levels low at 230 I wana do a cycle IDGAF bout really gettin my level bak to right wats the point

Honestly tho , my diet is good my bf% is about 18% .... I've been athletic my whole life , last past 2 years have been really serious lifting on high protein diet ... I'm by far out of shape ....if my testosterone levels are LOW what's the whole point in waiting to get them right on a low dose patch if I plan on hitting a cycle anyway ... I'm already on medication for the rest of my life why not boost it do my cycle get off of it then maintain low dose patches or any other HRT afterwards ??.?

Was on the patch for over 4 years, hated it. Half the time my body would not absorb it and I have marks from where I placed it on my thigh. Itched like crazy and good luck doing any swimming or water activities with it as well.

Currently on Androgel 1.62%, been on it for over 5 years and love it. Only downside to Androgel is it itches little bit every now and then and its ridiculous expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it.

Androgel is definitely expensive. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't carry insurance. Injects are just too inexpensive and just as good for most people.
