Have The Worst Post Workout Pain i can Ever Remember !!!!!

So i took almost 3 weeks off to get all my blood work done as 1) i didn't want working out to change my T levels and 2) i was depressed as fuk thinking that with no T I'm pretty much wasting my time anyway...

So i started back the other night 12 days after my 1st dose of 250mg Test E .. due for my next shot in 24hrs . So anyway i worked Bi's and Tri's .. everything seemed fine.. work out was normal.. lifting power and strength were all normal ..

48hrs Latter .. I AM IN SOOOO MUCH PAIN !!! may arms are fuking killing me .. they feel like there going to explode.. the last time i felt this much post work out pain was 10ys ago when i was BB but i remember it being my traps ...

WTF is going one do yas think ? is it the T kicking in and making my muscles feel like there going to explode ? WTF is going on ?

Thought would be you took 3 weeks off then went back to a "normal" workout with your "normal" weight. Sounds like you just crushed em. You've got to go easy after that much time off. Time to stretch, massage, etc. It's not lactic acid buildup, which actually protects you. The soreness and inflamation comes from other metabolites and resultant inflamation. Give it a few days. Fascial stretching!
