Latest results after 28 days of TRT
Guys!
Just got my bloods back as I asked for them to be tested due to having sore nipples. Well the Dr was reluctant but gave me a Testosterone check and E2 check. Got the results back today.....
I started at 10.7 with my free testosterone 4 weeks ago.....For my age it should be early 20's. Well my free Testosterone now is 12.4 so I am getting there which I am very happy about.
My E2 levels are 64.2...... is this high, average or low?

Going to need some ranges and the name of the test for your estradiol.
If your nipples are puffier than usual (or there is a lump) it's safe to say your estradiol is too high. Pain in the nipples is not always a good indicator... some people play with them to hurt them, some have a kinky spouse, some run and chafe them... I've seen so many ways people get "sore" nipples that has nothing to do with gyno, but of course everyone is on the lookout for gyno above all else!

Thanks guys!
As I am in the UK and under the NHS we don't get full blood works. For my age (37) the Test range is from 8.4 - 30.5 thus they put me on TRT as my levels were 10.7 at the beginning of January, the first blood test I had for Testosterone levels . The Urologist put me on 'Testo-Gel 50mg per tube' I have to use on of these per day. Since being on the Testo-Gel my levels have gone from 10.7 - 12.4 so a slight raise in 28 days. I am happy about this.
I don't know what the average E2 levels are for my age. All I got was a reading of 64.2, I don't know if this is high, normal or low? I do have an AI to hand (My AI was not prescribed)
Nipples got very sensitive and hurt to touch but that seems to have eased? I don't have a kinky girlfriend who is in to doing anything with them or I don't do anything to them to have made them sensitive!!

Without a range or the name of the test it's really not going to be easy to tell you what that 64.2 means....
However, your T is still low at 23 on a 8-30 range. While improved, you may want to talk about increasing the dose. Remember that when you FIRST go on TRT your testes still produce testosterone for 2-4 weeks, closer to 2. So, subjectively this is sometimes the best time period but falls off if the dose is too low and your testes shut down.

without ranges no one knows whats going on with your e2, but i am guessing its too high and maybe you're binding to shbg!

brick it would probably be easier if you stopped opening multiple threads regarding the same thing , at least then ppl will know what you have been doing , yes i guess your soreness should be getting better if you have stopped the 'extra' injections to what your endo ordered , as already stated you need to post a range.

I will keep all updates on this post of how my bloods come back, next one is in 6 weeks.
Dr is not giving me ranges and said the lab would know. I called the lab direct and they said they could not give a patient info on ranges......I told my Doctor this and he said I had nothing to be concerned about. My old Dr was fantastic......She used to monitor me when I was on AAS in my 20's as in check my BP, give me treatment for acne and excellent advice, kind of need it when I used to abuse them as the amount I used to take was a fair bit to be honest!
