OP, is there a question regarding his decision to cut your dosage? Is there something specific you want us to address? ...

lot's of great info on here, you need to educate yourself and read, read, and read some more... we will always answer your questions, but you should really know what's going on with your body and what to expect when you are on HRT. I would start with the stickies.

Well, everyone is different on where they need to be. Total serum is only one of many variables to factor. For me, somewhere around 700 or 750ng/ml is good FOR ME on standard TRT protocol, but I also factor in that my free testosterone is above 3%, and I am able to keep my E2 in check with a minimal amount of AI.

There's a good chance that you will be converting a fair amount of estrogen when your test levels are high, and in the long term it will stress your body, and have have negative effects on your CBC's if you don't donate blood.

Take a look at some of the stickies in this forum, and specifically the one about finding a HRT doctor, take a look at the different lab panels that should be considered. If your doctor is just giving you a shot of testosterone, and only checking the serum level, then your program is being neglected. Again, read the stickies to get a better idea of what you and your doctor should be looking at.

That level could be fine or it could be really bad depending on your other blood work, there's a complete list of tests in the stickies someplace and we can give suggestions here as well but you definitely need more blood work done. Keep us posted here in this thread as we would like to know what your other levels are.
