    Low LH and FSH

Have been on TRT now for five weeks now. My doc(Endo) wanted me to have test done after two weeks on but I stretched it out to three weeks. Test were done in the am, six days after my third injection of 50mg (.25ml). Here are my pre and post lab work.

    Pre TRT workup
    Total Test: 1.64 ng/mL (2-7.5)
    Free Test: 8.3 pg/mL (7.2-24.0)
Estradiol: 44.0 pg/mL (7.6-42.6) They did not get "Sensitive" as requested.
    LH: 3.8 mIU/mL (1-9)
    FSH: 3.6 mIU/mL (1-19)
    Prolactin: 3.8 ng/mL (2.6-13)
T4 Free: 0.80 ng/dL (0.6-1.4) (only part of Thyroid Panel tested)
    IGF-1: 122 ng/mL (87-238)
    PSA: 0.72 ng/mL (0-4)
CBC, Metabolic Panel and Lipid Profile were all withen normal ranges.

    3 week Post lab workup
    Total Test: 4.02 ng/mL (1.68-7.81)
Bioavailable: (They did two for some reason) This lab had three readings.
    #1 Test: 543 ng/dL
    #2 Test: 527 ng/dL
    #1 Test bioavailable: 274 ng/dL
    #2 Test bioavailable: 277 ng/dL
    #1 Test bioavailable/Test Total: 50.5 %
    #2 Test bioavailable/Test Total: 52.6 %
(all of the above had the same ranges: 348-1197 ng/dL)
    Free Test: 14.1 pg/mL (7.2-24.0)
Estradiol: (Here again they got two) This time they were both "Sensitive".
    #1 Estradiol: 26 pg/mL (3-70)
    #2 Estradiol: 29 pg/mL (3-70)
    LH: 2.30 mIU/mL (1.2-8.6)
    FSH: 0.40 mIU/mL (1.27-19.26)
    IGF-1: 153 ng/mL (87-238)
    PSA: 0.68 ng/mL (0-4)
CBC, Metabolic Panel and Lipid Profile were all good.

I have some concern in reguards to my LH and FSH.
I'm 55 yrs old and have had a vasectomy, if that info is needed. Would like to here some feedback on these results and suggestions.

This is normal. Since you are injecting testosterone , your body will stop producing its own. LH/FSH is responsible for signaling the testicles to produce testosterone.

There is no reason to test LH/FSH when on TRT.

Normally, if you are on TRT for a bit, your HTPA axis/"system" shuts down and your LH and FSH will be low. This is to be expected. You've been on what...5 weeks? And not sure what your dose is based upon what you posted. But...for sure...if you take enough exogenous test. for long enough, you should show low levels of LH and FSH.
