I was wondering about the same thing. I put on 2 lbs this past week, been on TRT for only 2 weeks. I have been eating around 2k cals a day and in the gym every single day. Guessing water weight.

There is a thread on this, approx 2 weeks ago I asked a similar question. More water, 1-2 gallons a day and dandelion caps was the consensus.

a gallon maybe but 2 . i just dont get that thirsty . when i was insulating between floors in commercial buildings when it was like 160+ in there with no airflow , in summer i would drink two gallons . if i drank 2 gallons right now today or tomorrow i would feel like i would drown.
