You went on TRt with a testosterone level of 640?
I don't blame you for wanting to come off... that's pretty much a goal level for many men on TRT.

Good call man, hope you heal up well now and learn enough things about training and diet that you will be on track when you get off.

Did you start your cut cycle yet? Saw your thread in the ar-r sub forum. I hear C/T3 is really potent. Curious how it works out for you.

WOW Yannick sorry to hear...that Doc should have his license revoked. I see so many questions regarding HRT centers or age rejuvenation doctors. People really have to be careful out there as and I say most not all of these places are only concerned about one thing--their profit. There is no way the doc should have prescribed TRT for you at those levels. Honestly you should sue him to shut him down so he does not do this to someone else...
JUST MY TWO CENTS........

Am I the only one reading this and being confused. You say your doc put you on TRT without even knowing your Test levels. Then you say you lowered everything to 100mg a week and that your test score is 640 down from 700 and that the doc had you on 200mg a wk with no AI. Are you saying that when you were on 200mg a week your test score was 700 and now on 100 wk your test score is 640? If so there is no way to know what your test score was before you started taking test, however if your score is 640 on 100mg a wk and you have been on Test for over a year as it appears you have its very likely you will be in for a very hard time reestablishing your test scores to whatever level they were prior to starting TRT and in addition its likely they were below 400 based on your scores when taking 200 and 100 mg of test ( however this is only a guess and no one will know for sure)
Anyway good luck to you but if I am reading your post correctly then you will likely be in for a hard time trying to come off test particularly if you have been on a year or more.

The chiro that i see right now puts people on cycles , deca , test E for 12 weeks, lots of protein , glutamine, glucosamine, collagen supps, and treats them with prolotherapy, 1 for 1 dextrose xylocaine 400IU b1-b12, 3IU GH per body part injured and 50mg of testosterone suspension .
Crazy you added 34 lbs in 6 weeks? Thats gotta be a ton of water. You should be able to drop that quickly too. Unless you were eating 5k+ cals a day.

Yannick, you've been here long enough to know that flaming IS NOT allowed! Not sure why you lit into jpkman after he pretty much took the highroad on his last post to you. His whole point, like several others was that it's just been confusing trying to keep up with you on all the different threads. I can attest that jpkman and many others do indeed want to see you reach your goals, and to see you attain great health and happiness. It's quite difficult to do this when there's multiple threads going all around ... You do see that side of it, correct?
Your mockery of members displaying pictures of their biceps is totally inappropriate. Bass, jpkman, 405 (just to name a few) ... Hell, even myself have busted our asses to rise out of the ashes from hell to achieve wellness! Every single one of us here will be the first to praise you and build you up as you hit your goals. And when you hit your goals, WE would expect you to be proud too. I resent that you would say such disparaging comments in this forum, considering all of those who have helped you, and genuinely been behind you.
The flaming and inconsiderate remarks won't be tolerated. Please decide what direction you want to go with this.
Sincerely

well said Vette. and Yannik we still care about you, but really disappointed with your last post, no need to use vulgar language toward other members, especially toward JPK, hes been a great asset to all of us. you may feel like superman today but at one point you will need to come back here and seek help, burning your bridges is not smart move. i wish you the best.

How can i prolonge my albuterol cycle to maximize fat loss in the 7% region.
I clean up lots of my treads and appoligies for my flaming, still jpkman is in my ignore list and i wish i never replies to any of my tread again, all the flaming was directed toward him and i did not mean to offent anyone of you other guys. He is te only one that comes down ith dumb remakes all the time, the rest of you guys have been very helpful in all this sick and weird trip.
I am over joyed getting my life back, very aware that i need to change my type of training, but still have so many ??????? has why i was put on TRT in the first place, from the very first prescription things did not feel right. And its been hell since then.
I feel that has a patient i must report this medical doctor and is malpractice, i feel that has a citizen i must do what is right before he hurts someone. This is really playing with my head now, like do whats right.
Adderral cuts appetit like nothing else and i get no crash afterward like i had with epherdrine and other fat burners.low carbing made easy. I got some T3 on the way that i will also use in my PCT and HGC.
I eat my frozen fruits in the morning, with some eggs, diner is a salade and supper a piece of meat with veggies. I also cutted out all dairy. Now lets see how much weight i can cut out of this awful fat a$$ body of mine.
About the confusion part i am even more confused then anyone here. I have nothing against steroid users, i never tough i would use them again in my life. I was put on testosterone out of the blue, knowing nothing about it. I was already fat at 217 pounds, i feel this medical doctor who is suppose to make me feel better used me like a lab rat. A part from the testosterone when i first went to is pain clinic, he told me that all other pain doctor where amateur, and that he would do everything to fix me. I had x rays, i have degeneration in the cervical its also normal for the aging man to have this. So a part from the ligament laxity and light anemia there was nothing wrong.
This is where things got shacky, he told me that he wanted to use me has a project, send me to a few guys he knew, posture expert, bowen therapy, spine specialist. I agreed not knowing what i was getting in too. That is what pisses me off the most, i am a rational person that got screwed.
The chiro that treats me now was the first that my medical doctor sent me to, he sent my medical doctor a 5 page evaluation of what needed to be done. Lots of prolo in the upper neck , lower back, and the snapping hip joint was caused by the front Y ligament being laxed. What needed to be done was very easy from there, but for some odd reason everything got complicated and the treatment took a downfall. He started to send me on all theses tests useless test.
What is discouraging is that the guy who treats me does everything right, i am 5 treatments in, in the spam of 5 weeks and seeing amazing results, but all the time i wasted 2 years with the other medical doctor, that could have been given back to me in less the 5 weeks.
I was put on botox injections in the chest and upper back to remove muscles spams, and improve posture, given PRP without an echographie guided needle so this was a waste of time again.
I don't have your genetics, like bass arms i couldnt get my arms like that to save my life, i am aware that my genetic suck, and realize that my ultimate goal is to lose has much weight has possible then just rebuild from there. I have been put on a low carb diet by the chrio, he told me by this summer the weight and fat has to go down. To releve pressure on the joints.
Last weekend i went for a walk with my GF and we had to come back after 10 minutes due to pain in my chins. I don't have the bone structure to be 240 pounds, and this also discouraged me that a medical doctor who knew that testosterone would make me gain that much weight, but still he gave it to me.
Anyways i decided to report him to the medical consil and avoid others to suffer the same faith has i did with this idiot.Last edited by yannick35; 03-09-2012 at 06:28 AM.

the most enjoyable, easy and effective fatloss I have ever done was following the plan in the book "Protein Power" (Similar to Atkins)
The fat melted off while I enjoyed bacon, eggs, steak and miller light.
If you don´t want to be that extreme, at least cut completely all dairy, grains and sugar products.

I did protein power back in 2000, and experienced with a lot of low carb diets, UD 2.0, bodyopus, TKD, CKD.
Like i said with adderall it makes everything sooo easy, not being hungry, i eat good foods. My only problem with low carbing diet, has always been ketosis, i feel awful when i am in ketosis, and i am not sure if there are tricks that would make it easier.
Also lifting weights on low carb at least for me is almost impossible, i have no pump, no energy and worst when it comes to cardio.
At one point i was in ketosis close to 3 months while doing the atkins diet, the weight loss is that sick went from 214 to 174 during that time, but i felt awful for the most part of the diet.
I have been reading a lot of articles about carb cycling, from what i have read, eating say some frozen berries in the morning with some protein and then for the reste of the day stay veggies and protein seem to work great for many.

No need to over complicate your diet right now. If you are 60+ lbs over weight, a simple calorie reduction with semi decent macros will suffice. Drink lots of water, limit your alcohol (or cut it out), keep cals at 2k a day and you should drop weight nicely. Lift weights a few times a week to keep muscle loss at a minimum and you will be down 20 lbs before you know it.
Hopefully you still get a comprehensive blood work done after your new treatment program. The stickies they have in this forum list everything you need to get tested for.
