Even an old dog has to find a new doc sometimes
Okay all my good bro's - no real question here - just a story about a guy who's doc got greedy.
I was "informed" by my clinic that the doc's new program was doubling in price from 100/month to 200. They called it concierge medicine lol. Said I can call the doc for any illness, or go see him if necessary any time I want to. This would include a very minimal lab panel every three months. When I said my insurance pays for my labs - they said oh well. So since I only see him about twice a year - I get nothing for the extra 100 bucks a month. I have already talked to a number of clinics in my area who are all dumbfcks. Two months on one month off bullshit. No HCG except for when you are off t for a month.
I have an interview with one of these idiots tomorrow to see if I can bully him into letting me do my own thing - we'll see.
I have had this doc since I started and am still trying to talk him out of it for me, but dayam.
For those of you who are struggling to find a new doc or have recently I am definitely feeling your pain.
out,
Flats

We continue to read about men and the difficulties they face with quality health care especially when it come to TRT/HRT. i was fortunate to find a very knowledgeable PA at my Primary Physicians office. Just by chance after leaving the care of a female Dr. who thought Viagra and Vitamin water would be a good therapy.
I got lucky but I feel for you guys that have all these problem on what really comes down an almost basic protocol.....
Good Luck Flats in your search.

The plan & fee you describe is similar to what I have currently. Oxford then picks up cost of the BW & Meds. IDK, I think $2400/year is worth it for full 24/7 Medical & TRT care if you can swing it financially. Especially if you like the Dr. Small price to pay IMO...

Well if anyone needs a good doctor in western colorado I found a nice place. Main doctor visit is 200 bucks, but I haven't even had to see him, i guess the nurse practitioners are 100 a visit and the nurse I saw only 50 a visit, and follow ups can be as small as 25 bucks, that 50 bucks got me 30 minutes of her time face to face, plus she was well prepared on reviewing my medical records and info I filled out for her. No monthly fee or anything like that. There blood work is cheaper than any place I have found so far. I'm pretty glad my old doctor referred them to me. And of course the main doctor reviews everything before scripts written etc. They don't handle insurance so you have to send it in yourself, of course the receipt they give you includes proper codes etc. I'm happy with them so far, will see how things go, I feel like I hit the jack pot.

2400 hundred bucks for access to 24/7 medical service.....WTF!!!! We live in a strange time.
Flats' Doctor: "I'm sorry Flats, I can't figure out whats wrong with you but I think it's caused by too much drinking"
Flats: That's OK Doc, I'll come back when you're sober."
I'm just playin Flats, that stinks man, I hope you get it sorted out soon.
