    Deca users

Been using Deca again, 200test 300deca.....been working well for joints and some gains on the weights but damn my cardio is a pain in the ass, I mean to say it seems like I hit a wall after a while and can't get past it, not only that but I can't even maintain that level for much longer, sweating like a pig and panting...not like I'm gonna pass out or have a heart attack...just like I hit a wall and that's it, game over, I actually first noticed it during a marathon session with the little lady, which has proven to be some damn good cardio from time to time.

Anyone else experience this while on Deca? or should I be concerned with something else being wrong?

Are you using deca for joint relief only?

That's the main reason but at 300 it seems to be slightly helpful with gains as well.

JD, add some B12, preferably methyl cobalamin, which stacks well with this type of blast. I noticed big energy boosts during my 2nd deca run, which weren't there the first round, attributed to the B12m.

No Deca dick here, in fact it's better than ever because of the cabor.......what I mean is I just run out of gas at the point that I would normally consider reaching my target heart rate which would then be held for another 20-30 minutes.....now I make it about 5 more minutes and just have to stop.

Vette...I use a sub-lingual B complex, it's not B12m though.....do you use an injectable? I've taken Deca before without issue but it was only 150 ew the first time.

I just thought of something else...I'm a couple months overdue to give blood.....I suppose that could be some of it too, I'll do that today and see what happens.

What type of cardio are you doing (other than the little lady ) ? Have you tried to see if it affects different kinds? I'm wondering about the caber, though
