Is that 150 mg in one shot?
I had a number of things occur when I first started TRT. For example, after my first shot I had a weird feeling down my leg that I injected into (subq). Another member posted the same experience. By the 3rd injection that no longer happened. Just give it a month and see where you are. Unless you have something serious happen, let your body adjust.

Not to discourage a doc follow up, but ringing in the ears is common. Asprin will even do it if you take higher doses for a while.

405 was having the same thing.....He had a thread......Maybe he will chime in, was thinking it was high estrogen causing ears to ring...

would high e also cause being tired? I'm in my second week of T shot. After the second injection I felt almost high with a strong labido for about an hour then 2 days later just very tired with this dam ear ringing.

LMAO! i wish i can help but Yannic and 405 are the experts on ear ringing!
OP, like mentioned you need to check for e2 and yes high e2 can make you tired and will raise your blood pressure due to water retention, but its only been two weeks, not sure if e2 is an issue at this point! here is what JPK was referring to, eat dark chocolate to help with BP but more important check your e2.

My ears ring all the time but it's noticeably worse when I'm on a higher dose of test, almost certainly blood pressure related, on top of having tinnitus. huh?

If it doesn't improve, check out the American Tinnitus Association. I've had it in my left ear since 2004, basically deaf at a certain audible range, which is a void that basically puts a sound into my brain that isn't there. Hopefully it will go away for you. I adapted to mine (not peacefully mind you )

Update to ears ringing - Doc said a rare side to TRT and to drop dose from 150 mg per week to 75 mg per week, I will tru 100 mg per week. So I guess a pulled a rare side card and this can happen on TRT.
Thanks all
