Splitting dosing and optimal protocol

I'm curious if there's a more effective TRT protocol out there. Right now I take my shot, and towards the end of the week have to take hcg to keep me from dropping low. Is there a protocol that maybe does a 3 day cycle? like:

day 1: test shot + AI
day 2: hcg
day 3: hcg +AI

and they cycle? that may be a terrible example but you get the idea. I don't mind taking shots. What I do mind is consistent libido and energy.

Any takers?

Well , i switched to splitting my dose bout 6 months ago . Sunday 80 Mgs test , wed 80 Mgs test and .25 Mgs Ai . Sat 250 iu hcg .

Since starting injectables I've done every 3.5 days (Monday a.m./Thursday p.m.) and it seems to work great. HCG M-W-F. No AI right now.

More and more are doing the same Doc and while there are no clinical studies on it (and there never will be) it seems like the optimal protocol for guys who can stick to this type of schedule.

I've cut back my AI from .5mg twice a week to .25mg twice a week on 60mg of T Cyp twice a week and I feel excellent and see no negs sides whatsoever. My E2 has historically been in the low 20's so I had some room.

BW next month will tell the truth.

Interesting... I see you guys like it but how much better is it from the "normal" protocol? What differences did you experience? I think I'm going to do this. How's this protocol?

E.g.

Test shot + A.I.
HCG shot
repeat.

So, a two day cycle.

If your splitting your dose do it every 3.5 days. More frequent doses equal less spike in E and more consistent T levels. A lot of us who follow this then just do HCG on M-W-F to keep it simple. Once starting this protocol odds are you can titrate back on your AI dosage. BW tells all though.
