Test cyp and no sperm count

I have been on TRT for about 8 mths and my current dosage is 3/4 cc every week. I had a sperm analysis and it came up 0. My doc wants me to retest in a few weeks. What would be the best option? A) Go off test cyp for a few weeks and retest
    B) Continue with test cyp and add clomid
    C) Go of test Cyp and just use clomid

Testing in a few weeks will not be needed, unless you just want to. If you've been taking that much test for that long, and you haven’t done any kind of PCT, it is going to take at least 3-4 months before everything resets, unless you assist it.

I'm sure someone on here can tell you how much HCG and Nolv. to take that would fix you up. Taking test upsets the balance in your endocrine system, so normal test is stopped along with your LH and FSH.

if you are trying to have kids find a doc that will give you an hcg script, or find a trt doc that will include it in your trt protocol. Or stop trt till you get her pregnant.

Look into HMG therapy, which mimics both analogues of LH and FSH.

He's missing another important point, even after you re-establish your LH/FSH production (or substitute something else for it, like HGC/HMG) it's going to be another 3+ months for the little sperm to become big sperm [the old guys have since passed on], so at best, you're looking at 4-6 months before you should even think about testing again.

I will retest in a few months. I talked to my TRT doc and he said suggested taking a break from test for a while.
I can't wait for the test drop. I did take an 8 week break before and although my test levels dropped, I didn't notice any negative effects.

I will search for clinics that have hcg as an option. My current TRT was contemplating the idea of including hcg but I am not sure whatever came of it. What about clomid? I have done a brief search and the reviews are mixed.

If fertility is the issue, it's quite clear: a mixture of HCG then FSH.
