Help with HCG

Got some HCG in today and it's in a glass vial. So what do I do. It's 5,000 iu. Need some help. Thanks

Okay, read about how to mix it, but the vial is all glass. I have to break it to even open it. What the hell do I do?

NSM try googling "hcg glass vials" or "hcg glass ampoules" and you get a lot of stuff to look through.

I would buy a sterile vial from a research lab or where you got the bac water.

Yes, you have to snap the top off, pull the BW and inject it into the hCG vial. I bet the little BW vial is only 1 ml too, so you are going to have 5,000 IU of hCG dilluted with 1 ml of BW instead of 5 ml. This means you have to adjust how much you inject after mixing. Best bet is to just get a 30 ml vial of BW and use that to dillute. Throw those glass 1 ml BW vials out.

I'd dilute the HCG with one ml of Bac Water while it's still in the ampule. Then transfer this one ml of HCG to a new sealed vial and then add 4 more mls of Bac Water (for a total of 5 mls water) so you then have 1,000 units of HCG per ml for easier drawing/measuring with an insulin needle. Hope this is clear...

5 ml is way too much water for 5000 iu vial. last time i did this and the hCG seem to have lost its potency very quick, but when i mixed it with 2 ml BW got much better results. would follow GD's instruction on mixing.

No offense Bass, but there's no basis for this statement. That's the dilution method that would be used for fertility treatments etc. Plus it can make it easier to measure depending on the syringe he's using. Besides, when you buy 10,000 iu generic brands they actually instruct you to dilute it with the supplied 10 mls of BAC water. There's no issue of potency here...

Okay let me make sure I did this right

1. Washed hands
2. Alcohol swabbed all vials
3. Broke glass vial
4. Drew 2cc of BW
5. Mixed with HCG and dissolved powder. Did not shake
6. Drew insulin string to 10 mark for 250iu
7. Pinched spot on belly and injected
8. Put mixed HCG in refrigerator

If that is correct, what days do I inject if I will be doing split dosages on Monday and Thursdays for my Test C?

I have never injected myself before. Wife always does my Test. But this was not bad at all. And I am not a big fan of needles.

Oh and by the way I used 30 guage x 1/2 inch

Im not sure what the 10 mark is in terms of cc/ml but you only need 1/10 of an ML to get 250 iu. So if you have 100 marks that is correct if its a 1ml syringe. For example I have a .5 cc syringe so it would be different for me.

Edit: My syringe has 50 marks so it would be 10 marks on mine as well.

Correct.

I use 1/2cc pins and the ten mark = 250iu.

NSP, the sticky contemplates different injection protocols but a EOD or Monday, Wednesday and Friday protocol would do fine as well.

There are varying protocols for hCG so see what works for you...but the good rule seems to be smaller injections more frequently...if you're up to that!

1/2cc. 30 guage x 5/16" needle. I assume the 10 mark is still correct but what about the needle size? Does it go in enough? Or do I need to go get 1/2" needles. It was my first time buying slin pins. Guy told me they were 1/2" and then I saw the 1/2 on the box, so I thought they were right.

none taken bro. i only state that from my experience, nothing to back it up with except from the instructions i got with my kit. you are right they do give way too much water with hCG . when i got my hCG from my clinic they supplied the 5000 iu hCG vial and 5 ml water, but the instruction said to mix it with 1.75 ml water.

5/16 should be fine, make sure you stick it in the center of the stopper.

What do you mean stopper? You mean when I draw it up into the slin pin? I was worried about the 5/16" going deep enough to get in the fat.

stopper is the rubber seal, and don't worry, 5/16" is long enough to go in the fat, thats all you need.

You did it right, I have been injecting 125IUs every other day, half the product and so far I seem to feel fine. I inject my test sub Q EOD also, same day same time as HCG .......you're doing good man.

Absolutely, I'm gonna ride like this for another month or so then do BW, I'm actually pinning 50mg of test EOD which when you consider the true amount of test is approximately a little under 150 mg a week, I take .25mg of AI twice a week and feel pretty good so I'll let things level out and check it, I actually hope I can reduce my AI even more....we shall see.

That's what I want to see as well.

I am willing to bet a night at the Cheetah that you could go to .25mg AI and still be in an optimal E2 range.

Guys on daily cream/gel rarely have a need for an AI for just that reason.
